Tender For Rate Contract For Providing Laying Jointing Of Pipe Line Under Sub Div Loonkaransar - Part A - Providing, Laying and Jointing of rising main Pipe Line 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in trenches of required width and gradient for laying and jointing of pipe line including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 Mtr. including taking out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 Mtr. including required all safety provisions etc.:All kinds of soil(As per BSR Revise 2023) 3 Providing, lowering, laying and jointing in trenches, standard lengths HDPEISI marked Pipes as per IS-4984: 1995 (amended upto date)with necessary jointing material like mechanical connectors, i.e. thread/ insert joint/ quick release coupler joint/ compression fitting joint or flanged joint and specials jointing pipe byelectro fusion welding method, including all taxes , transportation and freight charges, inspection charges, loading/ unloading charges, stacking of pipes, including cost of labour and material, specials (Tee, bend etc.), satisfactory hydraulic testing, disinfection, commissioning etc. complete as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge of following class and diameter. Nut-Bolt confirming to IS:1363 and IS: 1367/ CS/ galvanised steelInsersion rubber of black EPDM 6mm thick .
