Tender For Construction Of Tubewell At Rajod Road Gowshala - Construction of Tube-well upto 100 Meter depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils and over burden including lowering of casing pipes but excluding cost of casing pipes as per IS : 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe:200 mm dia Nominal bore 2 Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/1992) of grade Fe410 of following nominal bore sizes at site of work.200 mm dia 3 Supply and fixing of tube well cover of M.S. sheet (6mm thick) with nuts and bolts complete for casing size:200 mm dia 4 Supplying and installation of 32mm dia GI pipe B class Mediumclass G.I. Pipe confirming to IS : 1239 P - 1 ( 2004 ) withaccessories like bend, socket etc. required for installation of handpump complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer incharge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work ,refer Annexure A attached with this BSR . 5 For Three phase Submersible / Mono block pump 7.5 HP to 10.0 HP ( DOL starter ) 6 Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Un-Arrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have its own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810. For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure A attached with this BSR 6.0 Sq. mm 3 core 7 Supply & fixing of GI pipes confirming to IS : 1239 P - 1 ( 2004 ) with flanges duly screwed & welded including rubber washer, nuts & bolts of 8mm dia complete in all respect.All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR .B class 50mm dia 8 Providing & Fixing of Single Stage, water cooled, High Speed(2880 RPM), Horizontal, Centrifugal, Openwell Submersible pumps set pre filled with coolent water and fitted with mechanical seal - T/C Vs T/C, Thrust bearing shall be of carbon + S.S.The stator body of single phase pump shall be of SS and rest of all shall be of cast iron. All casting parts should be cathod electro deposition (CED) coated and other construction material should be confirming to IS : 14220: 2018 . The overall performance of pump shall confirm to BEE energy efficiency level of 3 star. Valid BEE certificate from OEM must be submitted for the same. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011, including making connection etc as required complete in all respect.
