Joints will be welded with high quality are welding. (All required materials will be provided by contractor) 12 INSTALLATION OF 11kV SWITCHGEARS & CONTROL PANEL IN CONTROLROOMA) Shifting carefully & safely 11kV O/G switchgear from outside of the switchgear room as per direction of Engineer in charge, placing and fixing of switchgear on foundation providing G.I. Nuts & Bolts of proper size in proper position and alignment and checking, complete work. (All required materials will be provided by contractor)B) Fixing and making bus bar connections in between all switchgears after cleaning and tapping with H.T. Tape, empire tape and PVC tape properly and plugging of all opening & holes with plastic compound complete work including cost of all material (All required materials will be provided by contractor)(C) Shifting carefully & installation of 33 kV single circuit transformer control panel in control room 13 FABRICATION OF TRANSFORMER SEPARATE EARTHING T/F NEUTRAL EARTHING(A) Seprate earthing of power T/F by way of boring and lowering B class GI pipe 2 dia, - 2no*30 mtr deep (01 no for T/F body earthing and 01 no for T/F neutral in delta connection earthing and making earthing pit for each) by providing all materials like B class GI pipe 2 dia, 50*6mm GI strip, socket, sand, charcoal, bricks, cement etc.(All required materials will be provided by contractor)(B) Fabrication and grouting of M.S Channel 100*50*6mm in L- shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate earthing strips 50*6mm size for power transformer neutral including supply and fixing of two nos. Flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing.(All required materials will be provided by contractor) 14 Dismentaling of 8MVA Power T/F by disconnection of radiator, conservetor & other equipment along with removal of T/F oil shifting of T/F from inside to outside of switchyardas per RESPO norms 15 Renovation of existing plinth of power T/F as per RESPO 16 Painting of all structures by red oxide & allumiunium paint (All required materials like red oxide, alluminium paints will be provided by contractor) 17 Cost for miscelneous works like sandry store, soil filling, T/F cleaning & others 18 Digging & making of cable trench 650mm wide and 1250 mm deep by providing sand, bricks & saparate stone slab for each 11 kV 3*300 sqmm XLPE cable (All required materials like sands, bricks & stone slab etc will be provided by contractor) 19 Laying & dressing of 11 kV,3*300 sqmm underground cable from 5MVA T/F to 11 kV incoming switchgear in the trench 650 mm wide, 1000 mm deep providing 150mm fine sand, cushion beneath and 150mm fine sand cushion above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & saparate stone slab. The work includes supplying of fine sand, bricks and stone slab are refilling and ramming of the left out soil, closing the trench and leveling. Spare cable shall be left and burried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends cable laying work includes unrolling cutting mage ring and sealing both ends of the cable. (All required materials likes sand, bricks & stone slab etc. will be provided by contractor) 20 Fixing & jointing of 11 kV,3x300 sqmm XLPE cable Outdoor jointing kit after carefully removing the insulation of the cable duly plumbing and taping of cable providing, fixing and crimpling of proper size good quality lugs and complete work including cost of material such as insulating tapes, cotton tape, plumbing material and lugs etc. 21 Fixing & jointing of 11 kV,3x300 sqmm XLPE cable Indoor jointing kits on switchgears after carefully removing the insulation of the cable, duly plumbing and taping of cable providing,fixing and crimpling of proper size good quality lugs,duly plumbing and taping of cable with good Quality of cotton tape ,empire tape, HT Tape and PVC Tape, properly fixing of lugs on switchgears and boxes complete in all respect including cost of material such as insulating Tapes ,cotton Tape,Plumbing material and lugs etc 22 Hosting of 11 kV 3*300 sqmm XLPE cable from 33/11 kV T/F to 11 kV Incommer switchgears 23 Erection of 33/11 Kv 10MVA Power T/F including mounting of T/F on plinth in safe position, fixing of radiator, conservator, top up of T/F oil and commissioning of all accecassaris as per RESPO 24 Cartage charges of all other materials 25 Erection charges of all other materials 26 Civil Cost of 33/11 KV S/S Extation
