Tender For ERUMELI DEVASWOM- MUNDAKKAYAM GROUP- M&M FESTIVAL IN 1201 ME. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO THE TOILET BLOCK--- 1 APPENDIX- I- MAINTENANCE TO THE ALLAMPALLY TOILET BLOCK 2 Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 3 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) 4 Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with S or P trap including dismantling of old WC seat and S or Ptrap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Orissa pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440 mm 5 Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 50 mm dia 6Kgf/cm2 - External work - Exposed on wall 6 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar includingstacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 7 Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/ clips/ at 1.00 m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 - External work- Exposed on wall. 8 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 ofapproved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. 9 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 10 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :13.99.1 One or more coats on old work 12 Extra labour charges for clearing top of toilet roof and AC sheeted roof.
