    Tender For Overhauling & Repairing Of 33 Kv Vcb At 132 Kv Sub-Station Dadanagar, Rasoolabad & Bilhaur Under Etd-1, Govind Nagar, Kanpur - Repairing & complete overhauling of 33kv VCBs of ABB/CGL/Stelmec/Shreem/Seimens & BHEL make, work include replacement of defective parts along with material like pin, bush, bearing & washer etc. and checking of its operating mechanism for smooth operation and removing the defect of wiring for proper operation of breaker. Oiling & greasing of all movable parts with cleaning of all parts for satisfactory operation of VCB. *After completion of overhauling of 33kv VCBs, the problems arising within six months will be rectified by the firm with out any cost. 2 Checking & adjustment of snatch gap, travel of drive insulator rod of each pole. 3 Opening & closing time of each pole. 4 Checking of Megger values of breaker poles. 5 Checking the CLOSE/OPEN operation of breaker from REMOTE & LOCAL and rectification of wiring fault if any. 6 No of VCB at the following Sub-Station- 7 At 132KV Sub-Station Dadanagar. 8 At 132KV Sub-Station Rasoolabad. 9 At 132KV Sub-Station Bilhaur.
