Tender For Repairing Of Loktak-Leimatak Road Near Culvert At Rd 6.4 Km Of Loktak Power Station. => Limited; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m. including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2.8.1 All kinds of soil. 2 Water Bound Macadam and compacting stone Providing, laying, spreading aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam Specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. A) By Manual Means ) Grading-I (Aggregate size-63 mm to 45 mm) (a) Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 4 Plain cement concrete M-15 mix with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto depth of 1.5m. Below ground/ bed level and or 15.m above ground/ bed level i/c formwork. 5 Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2). 6 Cement Concrete Pavement with 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarsesand : 4 grated stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete. 7 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. 5.20.2 Thermo-Mechanically treated bar. 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (5.9.3 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.) 9 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having stope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3 (1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 10 Extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors, steps, landing, pavements etc.
