Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Existing Security Light Of Bsf Campus 155 Kms Wala Under Shq Bsf Ferozepur; 1 Excavation for one number PVC XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground ,lifting the cable and relaying the same after repair or replacementi/c refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.(for rectification of fault in existing UG cables of following size) upto 35sqmm 2 Excavation for one number PVC XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground ,lifting the cable and relaying the same after repair or replacementi/c refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.(for rectification of fault in existing UG cables of following size) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm 3 Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.2X16 sqmm 4 Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 2X25 sqmm 5 Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5X300 sqmm 6 SITC of joint box made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet having size of 400mm x 500mm x 250mm deep having 250 amps capacity 04 nos insulated aluminum bus bar of suitable size including providing and fixing angle iron frame of size 500 mm x 250 mm x 900 mm legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm thick angle and grouting the same in CC foundation and arrengement for incoming / outgoing cabling / cable termination , locking , interconnection etc as required. 7 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.upto 35sqmm 8 Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 100 Amp,25KA,TPMCCB. 9 Installation,testing and commissioning of 45 Watt LED Street lights made of pressure dia casthousing with toughned glass and individual high powet LEDs with secondary optics, IP65PROTECTION LED street light Crompton Model Freedom Neo on existing Street lightpoles after dismentalling of OLD HPSV Fittings, including connection and interconnection etc complete as reqd.
