1. Tenderers shall ensure to fill up completely and correctly all the columns of above.

2.Tenderers should quote the rates separately for each item in each column.

3. Confirm that prices are after taking into account ITC benefits. As per section 171 of CGST Act 2017, \"Any reduction in rate of tax on any supply of goods or services or the benefit of input tax credit shall be passed on to the recipient by way of commensurate reduction in prices. Hence supplier/manufacture to ensure to pass the benefit of reduced prices to UPPTCL. Further price quoted by supplier/manufacture is subject to scrutiny under above section.\"

4. The successful tenderer have to dispatch the material by road transport to destination substation for which Form-38/E-way bill, if applicable, will be made available by consginees to successful tenderers.

5. The Ex-works prices of Transformer (under column 5 of row 1)shall be variable as per IEEMA Formula.
