ASPER SI NO. 253 2 Excavation for foundation in ordinary soil including normal lead and lift with all completion of work and including disposal upto three chain minimum. As per SI no-251.Schedule Rate 3 Concrete with 40mmgauge brick ballast / stone ballast ,f/sand & cement in proportion of 12;6;1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials,labour and T & P etc,required for proper completion of the work.As per SI No-273 4 First class b/w in 1:4 in cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. Asper morth anlysis 600&1200 5 Construction ofun-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, 6 12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement and sand moltar including supply of all material, labour and T&P, etc. required for proper completion of work as per SI no- 584 A. Schedule Rate for Fine sand 7 Construction joint(depth of cc slab):making and filling with construction ( with bitumin 40%,asbestus 5% and coarse sand 55%.). 8 Supply and fixing of 100mm dia pvc pipe at site I/C. 9 Supply and Laying of 125 micron Polythene in between lean concrete and c.c slab. 10 Supply and fixing of 20mm granite stone sign board including all for proper completion of the work 11 Lettring and painting of stone sign board including all compleat work 12 R.C.C work with cement, aproved coarse sand and 20mm gauge aproved stone grit in the proportionof 1;2;4 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but i/c its fixing and binding the same with 24B W.G.G.I. binding wireand including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material ,labour and T.P etc.required for proper being included in the item .as per S.I No-284 13 Mild steel or iron plain work of small and section such as holding down bolts,hold fast,tie rods grating etc (When not included in over all rates) wrought torequired fromincluding supply of steels and itswastage including all completion work .As per S.I.No-502
