    Tender For Biennial Contract For Rewinding Of Vfd Motors At Cpp 2025-27.; 1 Resin Rich Rewinding of following motor stator as per Technical Specification. 2 415 V 260 KW forced draught fan VFD motor 3 415 V 340 KW to 350 KW VFD motor 4 Assembly, Shifting to the bed, Alignment, No-Load run, Coupling & Load run of rewound motor at HWP(M) including Supply and replacment DE & NDE side Bearings as per Technical Specification. 5 415 V 260 KW forced draught fan motor 6 415 V 340 KW to 350 KW VFD motor 7 Restaggering of stator core and flux loop test. Job includes removal of laminations, cleaning & scrapping, replacement of damaged laminations, applying varnish on laminations, refixing of shaft and pressing in hydraulic press. (If Required as per core hot spot test) of 415 V 260 KW forced draught fan VFD motor/415 V 340 KW to 350 KW VFD motoras per Technical Specification.
