Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract For Miscellaneous Jobs Of Electrical System Of Main Plant And Spp Plant For The Year 2025-26.; 1 HT(110KV, 3.3KV) & LT(415V) breakers & Panels, battery and lift. 2 Maintenance of 110KV Switchyard: Cleaning of insulators of CT, PT, Breaker, LA, Transformer bushing, Conductor supporting insulators and cleaning & lubrication of isolators. 3 Maintenance of HT breakers ,attending control circuit problem in 3.3KV and 110KV breakers:Cleaning of 3.3KV breakers (MOCB) with cotton waste and cleaning agent as per the instruction of EIC. 4 Maintenance of MCC Panels & its Feeders:Drawing out of breakers, Opening of panel covers, Cleaning of 415V MCC panels with cotton waste & cleaning agent, tightness checking of bus bar joints and fixing back of panel covers as per the instruction of EIC. MCC includes circuit breakers(ACB) and around maximum 30 outgoing feeders, it needs to be maintained in around 4 days. 5 Maintenance of 250/400KVA DG set and its AMF panels: Cleaning of 250/400 KVA DG set enclosure outside and inside with cotton waste, drawing out of breakers, Opening of panel covers, cleaning of 415V AMF panel with cotton waste &cleaning agent, tightness checking of bus bar joints and fixing back of panel covers and checking of control circuit healthiness, fault rectification and replacement of faulty components as per the instruction of EIC. 6 Maintenance of 20K41/20K42 excitation panels:Opening of panel covers, Cleaning ofPanel with cotton waste & cleaning agent, tightness checking of cable joints and fixing back of panel covers,control circuit healthiness checking, fault rectification and replacement of faulty components as per the instruction of EIC. Excitation panel contains four feeders, it needs to be maintained in around 4 days. 7 Maintenance of 30K3/30K4 /30K5 panels:Drawing out of breakers, Opening of panel covers, Cleaning ofPanel with cotton waste & cleaning agent, tightness checking of cable joints and fixing back of panel covers, control circuit healthiness checking, fault rectification and replacement of faulty components as per the instruction of EIC. Each panel has individual breaker, it needs to be maintained in around 2 days. 8 Maintenance & up-Keeping ofmotor feeders/Power feeders of LT panels: Drawing out of feeder carriage, de dusting, inspection, replacement of faulty components, checking cable connections, checking control circuit healthiness etc and fixing back feeder carriage and making it operational. 9 Maintenance & up-Keeping of Battery charger, ACDB, DCDB: Opening of panel covers, de dusting, inspection, replacement of faulty components, checking bus bar and cable connections, checking control circuit healthiness and boxing up. 10 Maintenance of Battery Bank:Cleaning of each cell, measuring individual cell voltage & specific gravity, topping up acid/Distilled water, checking terminal tightness, applying petroleum jelly for Class-I Battery Bank (110V DC), DG set battery bank, diesel fire pump battery bank (24V DC). (TWO times per month, 24 times per year). 11 Operation of lift at main plant: During general shift working hours lift shall be operated by deploying a suitable manpower. 12 Dedusting, cleaning of MCC panels outersurafce with cotton cloth, air blower etc. Note: One MCC panel requires two unskilled man power to complete cleaning job. 13 Spiral/ paper binding of electrical drawings papers of various size A2 to A4 details given in below as per tender technical specifications, contractor shall arrange binding person with required consumables, tools, tackles, spiral and binding materials, its cost shall be inlcluded in quoted cost. Note: 1. Job shall be executed inside HWPT,binding work of drawing papers at outside of plant is not permitted. 2. No. of papers to be binded/spiraled as one booklet is around 30 paper (Maximum)3. No. of booklets of A4 size paper = 4 Nos, A3 size paper = 20 Nos, A2 size paper = 3 Nos, 14 Maintenance of Transformers: 15 Replacement of silica gel. 16 Collection of oil samples and handing over to lab 17 Opening of 3.3KV/415V terminal boxes, removal of cables, IR value measurement, termination of cables and boxing up. 18 Oil top up in transformer conservator tank 19 Maintenance of T1/ T2 10MVA transformers secondary side bus duct maintenance and NGR & NCT box maintenance: Opening of busduct covers, cleaning of busduct, busbars tightness checking,fixed back of covers, application of two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey color paint forbusduct. Note : Required painting will be supplied by department at free of cost, however required paint brush, emery paper etc, is in contractor scope. 20 Maintenance & up keeping of nitrogen injection fire protection system:External cleaning, internal cleaning, checking of control circuit healthiness and rectification, attending to minor faults etc. and making it operational. 21 Maintenance & up keeping of 3.3KV Capacitor bank and series reactors. 22 Maintenance & up keeping of 3.3KV 700 and 1400 KVAR rating Capacitor banks : External cleaning of capacitors, de dusting of room, terminal tightness of capacitors, checking of capacitance value of each capacitor, maintenance of NCT and RVT transformers.Note:1.Total no. of 700 KVAr rating capacitor banks-2Nos. and total no. of 1400 KVAr rating capacitor banks-2Nos2. Each 700 KVAR bank consits of 6 no. of 116.6 KVAr rating capacitors and each 1400 KVAr bank consists of 12 no. of 116.6 capacitors. 23 Maintenance of 3.3KV capacitor bank series reactors:Body cleaning, opening of terminal boxes, terminal tightness checking, IR value checking and box up. 24 Motor TB checking 25 Motors Up to 7.5 KW Rating: opening of terminal box (TB), cleaning of TB, tightness checking of terminals, IR value measurement, applying sealant, closing up of TB. 26 Motors of 11KW to 19 KW:Opening of terminal box (TB), cleaning of TB, tightness checking of terminals, IR value measurement, applying sealant, closing up of TB. 27 Motors of 22 KW to 93 KW Rating Motor: Opening of terminal box (TB), cleaning of TB, tightnesschecking of terminals, IR value measurement, applying sealant, closing up of TB. This job has to be carried out six months once. 28 Motors of 110 KW to 187 KW Rating: Opening of terminal box (TB), cleaning of TB, tightness checking of terminals, IR value measurement, applying sealant, closing up of TB,TB checking job has to be carried out six months once. 29 Underground power cable laying: 30 Shifting of the cable drum, measuring the cable length and cutting the cable from the cable drum as per the standard practices, laying 1.1KV grade, PVC/FRLS, 3/4 corecables of sizes from 10 to 50 sq.mmin ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering by red bricks and refilling the trench etc.Note: Required red bricks shall be in contractors scope, its cost shall be included in quoted cost. 31 Cutting of road/pavement/ walkway for cable laying,backfilling and repair with concrete. 32 Motor Cable Removal /Termination upto 37KW :Removal/Termination of power cable connectionand earth connections from the motors. 33 Motor Cable Removal/Termination 45 to 187 KW: Removal/Termination of power cable connectionand earth connections from the motors. 34 Motor Cable Removal/Termination 160 to 2600 KW (HT) : Removal/Termination of power cable connectionand earth connections from the motors. 35 Providing Electrical Connections: Providing temporary three phase/ single phase temporary connections /24V DC lamps in the Plant operating area etc. 36 Maintenance of Local Push Button Station: Opening of the LPBS and checking the healthiness of the Start and Stop Push buttons, fault rectification,replacement of the push buttons or replacement ofdefective push button station element and tightening of the terminals and fixing the LPBS.Note: Required similar type push button element shall be supplied by contactor, its cost shall be included in quoted cost. 37 Maintenance of 100 Ton EOT crane: Opening of panels, cleaning of panels, tightness checking, checking ofhealthiness of control circuit, motors and limit switches operations, fault rectification and replacement of faulty components. 38 Maintenance of 10 Ton EOT crane: Opening of panels, cleaning of panels, tightness checking, checking ofhealthiness of control circuit, motors and limit switches cutoff operations, fault rectification and replacement of faulty components. 39 Maintenance of UPS panels& Battery banks 40 Maintenance of 40KVA UPS battery banks: Cleaning of each cell (two sets of 300 nos. of 1.2 Volt DC Ni-Cd cells) and mounting stand, measuring individual cell voltage, checking terminal tightness, applying petroleum jelly to cell interconnection.(Once in a month) 41 Maintenance of 25 KVA UPS battery banks: Cleaning of Sealed maintenance freelead acid battery cells (184 nos. of 2V DC per cell ) and mounting stand, measuring individual cell voltage, checking terminal tightness, applying petroleum jelly to cell interconnection.(Once in a month) 42 Maintenance of 40KVA /25KVA UPS panels: Cleaning of UPS panels, checking of control circuit healthiness and fault rectification. 43 Conventional/ chemical earth pits maintenance:Checking of integrity, healthiness and cleaning of earth pit, checking of earth pit resistance with connection and without connection, replacement of corroded nut &bolts, terminal clamp, writingof pit details like pit number, resistance values and measuring date on chamber covers with white color paint after painting entire chamber cover ( 0.6X 0.6 meter) with red color . Required paint, paint brush, tools is in the scope of the contractor,cost of these material shall be included in quoted cost. 44 Laying of different size of earth strip : GI flat of size from25×6 to 50 ×6 (mm×mm) as per technical specifications. 45 Cutting/chipping of floor/pavement/ walkway for laying earth flat, backfilling and repair with concrete. 46 Laying and termination of 650V/1100V power/control cables of various size at a height around 3 to 10 meter(Approx.) in exisitng overhead cable racks as per technical specifications. 47 House keeping of 110KV switchyad/110KV control room/ 3.3KV substations premises including gross cutting as per technical specifications.Note: Total removal of gross cutting work in 110KV switchyardor 3.3 KV substation premises is considered as one number of quantity. 48 Maintenance of various rating HT(3.3KV) & LT(415V) motors at HWP(T) as per technical specifications. 49 Painting of electrical equipments: Surface preparation, application of one coat of synthetic enamel coat(red color) and two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey color paint on electrical equipments as per technical specifications.Note: Required paint, paint brush, emery paper/cleaning machine is in contractor scope, cost of these materials shall be included in quoted cost. 50 Assistance for maintenance & testing for conducting No load test run of Various rating LT 415V induction motors as per tender technical specifications.Note: contractor has to depute on an average one man power(one semi skilled )as and when required as per instructions of EIC. 51 Removal, shifting of HT (3.3KV) & LT (415V) motors from storage place to motor bed location & fixing to motor bed and vice versa. 52 Removal/ fixing, shifting from its bed location to storage place or from storage place to motor bed location of HT (3.3KV) motors of various rating from 225KW to 440 KW as per tender technical specifications.Note: 1. Required lifting tools& tackles, suitable lifting arrangementwill be in contractor scope, its cost shall be included in quoted cost.2. Hydra crane will be provided by department at free of cost. 53 Removal/ fixing, shifting from its bed location to storage place or from storage place to motor bed location of LT (415V) motors of various rating from 150 KW to 187KW as per tender technical speicifications.Note: 1. Required lifting tools& tackels, suitable lifting arrangementwill be in contractor scope, its cost shall be included in quoted cost.2. Hydra crane will be provided by department at free of cost. 54 Removal/ fixing, shifting from its bed location to storage place or from storage place to motor bed location of LT (415V) motors of various rating from 30 KW to 110 KW as per tender technical speicifications.Note: 1. Hydra crane will be provided by department at free of cost. 55 Removal/fixing of motor pulleys of various HT (3.3KV) and LT (415V) motors as per tender technical specifications. Scope includes arrangement of required tools, tackles, hydraulic jockey of suitable capacity, gas torch arrangment,puller etc. which are required for removal/fixing of motor pulleys, its cost shall be included in quoted cost. 56 HT (3.3KV ) motor of rating from 250 to 440KW(37K1, 27K11/12/13/2 etc.) 57 LT (415 V ) motor of rating from 45 to 187 KW(39K1,20K5, 30K3/4/5,19K3 etc.) 58 Replacement of motor DE/NDE side ball/roller bearings of various size LT(415V)/HT(3.3KV) motors of rating 15 to 250KW .Scope includes removal of motor end covers, fan cover, pulley, removal of bearing with puller, fixing of new/old bearings and assembling back as per tender technical specifications.Note: 1.
