| 1 | Notes:1. Before quoting, the bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site, nature, conditions and quantum / scope of work involved. You may contact Head, Construction & Engineering Services Group, AMD HQ Begumpet (Contact No: 040-27776 224/ 246) for site visit. Submission of site inspection certificate along with tender is mandatory without which tender shall be summarily rejected.2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, ladders, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles & installation including all taxes (except EPF &ESI) and other charges if any.No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 3. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code.4.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 5.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates.6. The contractor shall ensure that all the persons executing the electricalwork have valid electrical license. |
| 2 | 7. It is mandatory to submit Guaranteed Technical Partiiculars of the offered lift in Technical bid (Tech Forms) without which tender will be automatically disqualified.8. Bidders shall submit OEM certificate or authorisation certificate from OEM. Further, documentary evidence of OEM office at Hyderabad/ Secunderabad is also to be submitted without which tender will be automatically disqualified.9. It is mandatory to quote all items. 10. Tender/ work shall be awarded to the bidder whose Net Present Value (NPV) is lowest amongst all technically qualified bidders. Net Present Value shall be calculated as per point 20, Part-C of detailed NIT. However, Work order shall only be issued for item Nos.1.1,1.2 & 1.3 initially.11. AMC rates shall be considered only for arraivingNet Present Value (NPV) for evaluation of lowest tender only. Separate AMC orders shall be issued for the quoted amount each year at later date after completion of warranty/ defective liability period.12. As the lifts are to be replaced in occupied residential builidngs, safety barricades as approved by EIC shall be erected during lift installation in and around lift wells. No extra cost shall be paid for the same.13. All the 5Nos lifts shall not be handed over at a time for replacement. 2Nos/3Nos shall be handed over initially for replacement and the balance shall be handedover only after taking over the earlier lifts. |

| 4 | Design, fabrication, manufacture, assembly, deliver to site, installation, testing, commissioning and handing overof 8 passenger, 544kg capacity, 0.8/ 1 mps speed Elevator for 6 floors (Gound + 5 floors) with gearless machine (with machine room), ACVVVF drive control, simplex collective with / without attendant, suitable battery operated Automatic Rescue Device with batteries, SS lift car (honey comb finish) with SSdecorative False ceiling with pressure fan with LED lights as approved, one car entrance at front, center opening sliding car door & landing door with small vision panels, tamper proof infrared full width and full height of the opening with protective leading edge device as a backup protection, CCTV camera inside car, accessories & protections etc as per technical requirement/ specification given in annexure enclosed complete including cost of scaffolding as required as per the instructions of E-I-C. The work also includes loading, unloading, transportation, scaffolding & painting of lift shaft with distemper, machine foundation & minor civil works if any requiredetc complete for proper installation of lift.Note: 1) Power supply to lift, shaft lighting & earthing as required by manufacturer shall be done by the Department.2) Civil works at landings for fixing of new landing door frames & Architrave works/ cladding works shall be done by the Department. All other civil works including machine foundation works are in the scope of contractor. |
| 5 | Buy back of the materials removed from the each 8 passenger lift including landing doors, steel ropes, counter weights, main motor with gear system, control panel, rails etc complete. This includes loading, unloading, transportation, labour complete for taking over the materials. |
| 6 | Comprehensive AMC Charges of the installed lifts after expiry of defect liability period of one year.Note: AMC rates shall be considered for calculation of Net Present Value for evaluation of lowest tender only. A separate AMC order shall be issued each year at later date for the quoted price after completion of warranty/ defective liability period. |
