Tender For Extension Of Divide Wall At Confluence Of Tail Race Channel And Sindh Nallah Including Dredging And Allied Works- 1 Dredging in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated material lead upto 150 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-ChargeAll kinds of river bed material :including carriage to dumping site 2 Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-ChargeAll kinds of soil : 3 Dewateringusing Pumpset including cost ofmobilisation and POL (8 hours) 4 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc 5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more 6 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 7 Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport 8 Cement (average 5km lead) 9 Sand (average 20km lead) 10 Coarse Aggregate (average 10km lead) 11 Steel (average 20km lead) 12 Provision @ 5% of estimated cost for unforeseen items required to be execution during construction Such items shall be be paid as per JKSOR 2022 rates / Analysed Rate minus/ plus percentage rebate quoted by the contractor 13 Preperation of DPR including design of divide wall & allied structures besides preperation of cost estimate & all necessary and investigation (Provision @ 1.5 % of the estimated cost)
