Tender For Maintenance Of Inside Road And Drain In Auwm Maradu Ernakulkam--- 1 Road renovation 2 3.2 Preparation of Foundation for Embankment <br> Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means <br> Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. 3 4.11.2Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. <br>(ii) Using Gravel mix soil. 4 OD134415/2025-2026 Compacting of GSB applied to the existing road surface(i) Compactingscarified and filled surface ,scarified to a depth of 150 mm, and filled to a depth upto 15cm , and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.1. 5 OD134452/2025-2026 Taking out and relaying interlock paver blocks of any size over a bed of closed graded granular sub base ,compacting and well placed, excluding the cost of interlock but cost of 4mm aggregates , labour charges, Msand for locking ares, charges for plate vibrator etc. 6 OD134446/2025-2026Providing and laying factory made 100mm thick M35 chamfered edged cement concrete paver blocks in foot path ,roads and drive ways over the layer of 50mm thick bed of close graded granular sub base material 4.75mm to 2.36mm(black granitechips),placed well compacted keeping levell and good looking etc. as per the instruction of Engineer in charge 7 75.8.1.1.AProviding Plain cement concrete for wearing coat CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate:4 course aggregate) laid to required slope as required including compaction, finishingand tamping etc .complete. Max. size of course aggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixedin concrete mixer etc complete as per specification(i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 8 Drain Renovation 9 11.1.1.1 Excavation for Structures <br> Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. <br> I. Ordinary soil <br> (i) Upto 3 m depth 10 11.4.1.1 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 <br>I. R.C.C grade M 20 12 11.8 Supplying, fitting and placingTMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 13 11.4.3.1 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203<br>III. P.C.C. grade M 20 (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 14 OD134469/2025-2026 Taking out and relaying existing RCC slabs of any size mechanically or manually as per the direction of engineer in charge.
