Tender For Repairs / Replacement Of Ug Cable Of Various Size And Service Cable, Lt Joint Kits At Af Stn Suryalanka; 1 M & L for cable jointing kit out door type for 1.1 KV cable for Straight through heat shrink type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3.5/4.0 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following size including excavation/returning & refilling of loop excavation complete all as specified and directed. 2 95 to 70 Sqmm 3.5 core 3 50 to 25 Sqmm 3.5 core 4 M&L for repair of XLPE cable 3.5/4 Core upto 95 Sqmm by disconnecting the cable from loop in loop out box/Jn box/ on OH Lineand cutting the wornout insulated cable, removing the loop from the ground by excavationand re-preparing the cable for thimbling by using proper tools and re-connect the cable at Jn box by using new suitable lugs, nuts and bolts of suitable size as existingand closing the box properly as previous complete all as specified and directed Note : Nuts & bolts, thimble & insulation tape required for connection and making good deemed to be included in quoted rate 5 Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe, fixed to wall/pole and duct etc LT underground electric cable including jointing by using lugs, glands etc and testing XLPE insulated armouredheavy duty underground cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade including taking down unserviceable cableof following size all as specified and directed. 6 10 Sqmm 2 core 7 16 sqmm, 4 core 8 25 sqmm, 3.5 core 9 35 sqmm, 3.5 core 10 50 sqmm, 3.5 core 11 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core 12 Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soilnot exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable,RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed. 13 Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers notexceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment 15 M&L for laying common burnt bricks, sub class B, of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Re-laying of cable cover / Red Clay Bricks suitable for LT cable for protection purpose retrieved from dismantling LT Cable complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting complete all as specified and directed 18 Supply and laying galvanised steel tubing 40 mm dia, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads in drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, pipescomplete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply and fix OFF LOAD change over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps fixed on wallcomplete all as specified and as directed. 20 S&F in replacement of LT junction box outdoor, single door opening front side with aldrop sliding locking arrangement suitablesize made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting frame made out of flat iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of 100 Amps aluminumbars duly insulated on insulators / suitable size Bakelite sheet fixed horizontally including making necessary drilling on bus bars for fixing of out going cable upto 95 Sqmm XLPE - 05 Nos with minimum gap as per IE standards and one No MCCB of capacity 63 A, 4 Pole, 415 V 25 KA complete ( free space between MCCB / busbar and other connection items should be provided,) including excavation work and fixing arrangement on ground by using suitable type of PCC, nuts & bolts, danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires of suitable size complete all as specified and directedNote :Before placing the order the contractor should submit the Drg for approval of AGE(I) 21 Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular stranded of size 10 Sqmmincluding taking down old unsv service cable complete all as specified and directed. 22 All as per item no 13 here-in-before but size 6 Sqmmincluding taking down old unsv service cable complete all as specified and directed. 23 All as per item no 13 here-in-before but size 4 Sqmmincluding taking down old unsv service cable complete all as specified and directed.
