Tender For Sbua -Drydock Slipway Modification Works-- 1 od26741/2025_2026Supply and fabriaction of trolley arm of size 1mx0.3x0.45m,1mx0.3x0.60m size using 32mm ms round rod welded on 5 flat bar ,16mm thick ms plate at bottom and 10mm top plate on the foundation rails provided ,including materials, labour ,tools and plant etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge . Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 2 od26639/2025_2026Strengthening of trolley base frame by fabricating and welding additional 90 lbs support rail supplied by M/s silk of length 6m adjacent to the transverse frame including labour ,tools and plant etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge . 3 od26640/2025_2026Removing the existing fixed trolley arm and fixing new arm base by cutting ,fabricating and welding of foundation rail supplied by M/s SILK in required position of 2 m length using 90 lbs rail rail for the extension work of trolley arm base for easy sliding of trolley arm ,including labour ,tools and plants etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge 4 od26641/2025_2026Removing and servicing the wheels of hauling trolley (9x6 m) with suitable plants and tools andcleaning the rust,marine growth by buffing and finishing the wheel surface.Refitting the wheels back after aligning wheels and with proper application of heavy duty grease inclusive of all material, conveyance and labour charges etc complete. 5 od26642/2025_2026Supply of of 20mm Galvanised MS wire rope of 6x36 construction steel core RHO lay tensile1960N/mm2 with test certificate at specified location as per the direction of engineer in charge. (Actual amount paid on production of receipt) 6 od26643/2025_2026Removing the existing fixed trolley arm and fixing new arm base by cutting ,fabricating and welding of foundation rail supplied by M/s silk in slanting position of 2 m length using 90 lbs rail rail for the extension work of trolley arm base for easy sliding of trolley arm ,including labour ,tools and plants etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge 7 od26647/2025_2026Providing and Fixing good quality Anjili wood blocks and wedges on trolley arms and base frame,battens of sizes 600x250x200 mm-10 no,500x250x100 mm-10 no and 500x250x50 mm -10 no fixed and necessary drilling for providing support on base frame and trolley arm inclusive of materials, labour charges, conveyance etc all complete. 8 od26650/2025_2026Replacing damaged winch brake bolt and providing and fixing and testing new winch brake 1 support bolt on winch including material labour ,tools and plants etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge 9 od26653/2025_2026Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as permanufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.
