Tender For Comprehensive Maintenance Servicing Of Lift Including Connect Works At Hd Enclave Under Ge Mis Mhow; 1 Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM of existing lifts by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance insystematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Six Floor i.e. total 7 landings complete all as specified and directed.NOTE :- Make of Lifts - JOHNSON Lifts and Elevators Ser No : L-I6931 to L- I6939Location :-HD Enclave (Block No : ML-334 to 342) Capacity :- (a) 13 passenger lift = 09 Nos (G+6 floor) 2 Ditto all as per item No 01 above butfor capacity of 8 Passenger lift serving Ground + Six Floors i.e. three landingcomplete all as specified and directed.NOTE :- Make of Lifts - JOHNSON Lifts and Elevators Ser No : L-I6931 to L- I6939Location :-HD Enclave (Block No : ML-334 to 342) Capacity :- (a) 8 passenger lift = 09 Nos(G+6 floor) 3 Note for item No 1 to 2 :-(a)The comprehensive maintenance (Platinum agreement for above mentioned lifts and contractor shall be done through respective OEM of existing lift make M/s Johnson Lifts and Elavators.(b)The Contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified OEM of existing lifts i.e. M/s Johnson Lifts and Elavators with in twenty eight days from date of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and furtherr action tobe taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors efault. (c)The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.(d)The contract include of repair replacement of machines motos, genetators, door ropes, inverter/ARD system controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock brake shoes liners, contractors, relays, colls, push buttons, door operator VVF drive VVVF main drive car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, cabin fan, indicators and other minor machanical spare parts. The cost of above material are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. 4 (e)The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, pannels, fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, sills, car flooring, floor covering, lighting fixtures, ceiling light, bulb and tubes, main line power switches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoistway wiring, hydraulic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignmemnt of elevators guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim, hoist rope etc are not included in the quoted rate. (f) Contractor to note that monthly srvices will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.(g)Contractor will prominently display his contract/mobile number and OEM contracts number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (h) Contractor need to submit the Monthly Safety Security Certificate of lifts from OEM and performa mentioned in Particular Specification.(j) Retrieved items will be property of OEM.(k) Contractor has to depute one supervisor to liasen with OEM and get all complaints done including submission of daily complaints slip/dockets to JE E/M/ Engr-in-Charge. 5 S & F in replacement of battery 12 Volts ,7.2 AH , dry type of ARD . 6 S & F in replacement of battery 12 Volts ,18 AH , dry type of ARD. 7 S & F in replacement of battery 12 Volts ,2.5 AH , dry type of ARD. 8 S & F in replacement of cross Flow Fan . 200 mm sweep metalic body as per existing size and make 9 S & F in replacement of LED panel light fittings 5 watt 240 volt with reflector .
