Base course with 53- 22mm size including screening, 11.2mm size finished work including material and labour. 3 Disposal of mulba collecting from road side stacked unservicable material/ mulba to outside the Industrial Estate/ Muncipal limit (average lead 10 km) including loading & unloading all complete job. 4 Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity 5 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade –VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications on W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm. 6 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade –VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications on bitumen surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm. 7 Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. 8 Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable specifications. 9 Berm dressing of shoulder by filling good earth/ RBM including consolidation with heavy road roller and all carriage complete job. 10 Providing and fitting of 80 mm dia G.I pipe. The job includes Flanging of80 mm dia (2) GI (B class) column pipe (Parkash Surya/ Jindal). By cutting 6 mtr. Length GI pipe on lathe and marking 3 mtr. Length pieces.Providing and fitting of MS flanges 12 mm thick to each 3 mtr. Length pipe on both sides. The flanges are to be finished properly. Manufactur-ing and facing of both the surfaces is to be done in such a way that by inserting a rubber sheet in between two flanges and tightening the nuts and bolts completely, leak proof joint is made. Each flange is to be provided with 4 No. of equidistant holes of requisite dia. The job also includes welding of flat iron strips at each end for giving extra strength to the flanged joints and providing of 2 No. grooves on each flange on Opp. Side for subermisble cable. Painting of all the pipes by cleaning ofsurface with emery paper, removsl of rust if any, providing one coat ofanti corrosive enamel primer and finally one coat of super black enamelpaint. The job includes carriage of all the pipes duly painted and flangedat both ends to the site work including loading and unloading of pipes.For Tubewell 2 (Near Estate Office) 11 Installation, testing and commisioning of 3000-4000 GPH x 80-100 mtrs20 HP. Head submerisble pumpset (KSB/ Kirloskar/ crompton/ any reputed make) at Tubewell by way of fabrication, providing and fitting of 1 No. U-shaped tie rod/ clamp to be fabricated out MS flat that is to be fitted with submerisble pump with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on both sides of the clamp. The Job also includes fabrication of1 No. expander/ reducer nipple of NRV of required size to be fabricted out of MS plate threaded at one end and falnged at the other end. Fitting of reducer/ exapnder nipple with 100 mm dia. Column pipe at one endwith flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersiblepump at other end. The job includes cost of material and labour charges. Lowering of submersible 10,000 GPH x 100 Head submersiblepumpset in the Tubewell. (Phinolex/Havells/make) by means of making of connection of one end of the submerisble cable with motor by way of patching in order to make joint water proof and lowering along with pump, motor and column pipes into the tube well. Connecting other end of the submersible cable with panelafter providing and fitting of copper thimbles, crimping and insulatingproperly. Testing the pumping unit in full load at site.
