Tender For Repair Maintenance And Painting Polishing Of Certain Steel Furniture Under Ge Dronachal; 1 REPAIR TO ALMIRAH LARGE (STEE) 7 ALMIRAH MED (STEEL) (FD-1032 & E6/MAP/18) 2 (a) M&L for removing of exisxting unserviceable lock of any description in any position,S&F new lock (steel) 6 levers (Make: Godrej/Voltas) with duplicate key including fixing with suitable machine screws complete all as specified and directed. For almirah med steel. 3 (b) All as per item No 1.01 above but for almirah large steel 7 almirah 1/2H X 1/2SH 4 (c) All as per item No 1.01 above but remove of u/s handle, S& F new chromium plated handle 100 mm long including fixing with suitable nut/ pins for Almirah Large & Almirah med. 5 (d) All as per 1.01 but removal of u/s shackles, S&F new steel shackles including fixing with suitable screws. 6 (e) All as per 1.01 above but removal of u/s 3 way locking device, S&F new 3 wy locking device (size of rod is 100 mm dia 0 including stell shackles and fixing with suitable screws/rivets for Almirah large complete all as specified and directed. 7 (f) All as per 1.05 above but for Almirah medium 8 (g) All as per 1.01 above but removal of u/s legs, S&F new legs made of PGI sheet of 1 mm thick, fixing with suitablesize reivets and gas welding as reqd all as specified and shown on drg and as directed for Almirah large and Almirah medium. 9 (h)M&L for gas welding at damaged portions/joints all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-chrge (each joint is to be measured seperately) 10 (j) M&L for removal of dents, fillng with putty, preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of spray painting of approved shade (synthetic enamel paint) complete for internal/external surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in- charge for Almirah large. 11 (k) All as per 1.09above but for Almirah Medium 12 REPAIR TO TEAPOY VERANDHA(FD/E6/MAP/17) 13 (a) M&L for removing/taking out CAREFULLY OF OLD EXISTING BROKEN TOP OF TEAPOY IN ANY POSITION AND s&F new top made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board one side laminated & other side white balancing, exterior grade, including 4 mm thcik teak wood beating all round, fixed in position all as shown on drg,complete all as specified and directed. 14 (b) S & F new rubber ring/shoe of superior quality with suitable screws, complete all as specified and directed. 15 (c)M & L for preparation of the old painted surfaces of tapoy and applying one coat of painting with black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide coat of polishing for beating of top, complete all as specified and directed. 16 REPAIR TOCharpoy GI FOLDING /PIPE (FD/MAP-II/01/FD-220(R)) 17 (a) M&L for continuous welding of charpoy GI folding long rail welded with head board and foot boardfour spot in each chapoy folding) complete all as pecified and directed 18 (b) M & L for removing of unserviceavle plywood of charpoy GI foling replaced by 12 mm thcik plywood commercial (ISI marked) IS 303 size as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for preparation of the old painted surface of charpoy GI folding and applying one coat of red oxide primer on welded surface, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Piting shall be carried on weldedsurface to match the existing colour/surface. 20 REPAIR OT BED HARD STEEL FD /E6/MAP//08(R) 21 (a) M&L & for welding of Bed Hard long rail welded with head board & foot board(four spot in each hard bed) complete all asspecified and directed 22 (b) M &L for removing of unserviceable plywood of bed hard steel replaced by 12 mm thick plywood commercial (ISI marked) IS 303 size as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. 23 (c) M&L for preparation of the old painted surface of bed hard and applyig one coat of painting with sythetic enamel paint over on coat of red oxide primer on welded surface, complete all as specified and directed. 24 (d) M &L for removing of unserviceable head board & foot board of bed hard steel replaced by 18/19mm particle board(ISI marked) size as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. 25 Repair to chair visitor with arm/chair computer with arm/chair revolving low back, by taking out the foloowing worke out components with out damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 26 (a) Removing of unserviceable cushion with tapestry cloth of seat and back frame and replacing same with new cushion with tapestry cloth as approved. 27 (b) Removing unserviceable/damage custer wheel at chair revolvingsupply and fixig new custor wheel as per sample approved. 28 (c)Removing unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest maintaining the old hand rest. 29 (d) S &F new removing cistern all as specified and directed 30 (e) S & F new base complete all as specified and directed 31 Repair to chair revolving high/long back including taking out the following components all as directed by Engineer-in-charge 32 (a)Removing of unserviceable cushion with tapestry cloth/rexine atseat and base frame and replacing the same with new cushion with tapestry cloth/rexine as approved by GE. 33 (b) Removing of unserviceable /damage custer wheel and fixing new custer wheel as per sample approved by GE 34 (c) Remove unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest maintaning the old hand rest 35 (d) S &F new revolving cistern complete all as specified and directed 36 (e) S & F new base complete all as specified and directed 37 REPAIRS TO CHAIR VERANDAH 38 (a) M&L for preperation of broken joints and continous welding of chair all as specified and directed ( each joint to be measured seperately) 39 (b) M & L for the preparation of old painted surfaces of chair and applying one coat of painting with white synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed. 40 (c) S&F new hard PVC rubber shoe/ring of superior quality with suitable screws for fixing complete as shown on drg and as directed 41 (d) M&L for removal of existing unserviceable cane and recanning of chiar with new 4 mm wie plastic cane of best qualtiy and in matt pattern complete all as specified and directed 42 REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH /WITHOUT ARMS FD-75(M) 43 (a) M&L for removal of old userviceable plastic cane and recanning of chair with new 2 mm wide plastic cane of best quality in matt pattern complete all as specified and directed . 44 (b) M & L for removing/taking out of old existing unservceable arm rest handle of chir in any position and S& F new arm rest handle of 1st class hard wood REPAIR TOCHARPOY GI PIPE HARDTOP 52 (a) M&L for removing the existing bed ply top from charpoy GI Pipe 32mm dia and $&F 04 Nos mild steel square tube 25mm x 25mm x 16 gauge thick 225 mm long and welded to long rail and shord rail at four corners of charpoy including drilling holes gfor fixing plywood and painting steel surface with two coats of blackenamel paint over red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engr -in - Charge,. 53 (b) M&L for removing the existing$&F 02 Nos mild steel square tube 25mm x 25mm x 16 gauge thick 850mm long and welded to long rail to long rail horizontally at equal distance including drilling forfixing plywood and painting steel surfacewith two coat ofblackenmamel paint over red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. 54 (c) Supply & fixing 1950 x 900 x 12mm thick BWR commercial plywood confirming to IS 303 withsuitable teak wood beading all around the plywood to and fixing nuts and bolts complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. 55 (d) M&L for removing the broken long rails from charpoy GI Pipe 32mmand supply and fixing new long rail of 32mm GI pipe medium grade 1.88 mtr long threaded at both ends and fix to existing three way elbow 32 mm dia all as shown on drg. 56 (e) Taking out existing old broken short rail from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm and providing in position 1 Nos short rail made out of old broken long rail obtained from taking downabove item No.04 including on bvoth ends completefixing all as specified and shown on drg. 57 (f) Taking out existing oldbroken leg from charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia and providing1 Nosleg in position made out of old broken short rail obtained from taking downabovw item No 5 and S&F 3mm thick MS plate weldedat bottomof leg including threading on top painting of clamps with two coat of syntetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge, 58 (g) M&L for removing u/s three way elbow 32mm dia and S&F new three way elbow32mm dia medium grade (IS marked) and all shown on drg. 59 (h) M&L for removing u/s checknuts of 32mm dia and S&F new check nuts 32mm dia 6 mm thick of best quality and all as shown on drg. 60 M&L for Painting for the followingitems in unit/MESfurniture yard /quarters duly cleaning the surface with enemy paper provindinghigh class with glossy finish with two coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green/smoke grey/white/ black as per required as per existing colour with spraying wherever required & whetever paint is chipped off shall be painted with two coat of
