Tender For Repairs To Certain Roads With Connected Works In Residential Area At Pulgaon Mil Stn; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and not exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and labour for applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm for receiving bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content (paving bitumen) of 4% by weight of total mix and 1.5% cement filler complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 including premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (minimum) by weight of total mix (bitumen VG-30 ) and 2 % cement filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified ans directed.Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for cement filler. 8 Material and labour for repair to pot holes exc 30 mm depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Material and labour for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick, single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specifications including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed. 10 Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for road side berms to required gradient complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for approved moorum/red bajri in road berms, spread in road berms 100 mm spread thickness rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with light roller of capacity not less than 0.5 tonne complete all as specified and directed. 12 Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fix road stud 110X 128X 29.5mm aluminium alloy die casted dynamically designed to bear impact load upto 25 tonne and fixed with 2 Nos highly reflective relectors and 2 Nos eye bolt each on both side complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fix solar road stud of size 125mm x 125mm x 20mmmade from aluminuium alloy and construction solar powered by nionocrystal solar panel with rechargable battery of type-I high capacity Ni-Cd with view distance of approxiamate 1000mtr LED-10mm three pieces on each side are used for high brightness of different colour back up 12 hours of continuous lighting at night complete including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for Hand packing stone broken or boulders, bricks (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labour for approved moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. 17 Material and labour for Boulder/ Stone pitching in vertical bunds with sloping face is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material and labour for providing, cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span,cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including necessary form work required complete all as specified and directed. 19 NOTE : SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (Amount on page No 21 shall be deducted offline from the total quoted amount to arrive at the net contract sum to be considered for acceptance.
