    Tender For Vacuum Chamber & Lt-Ht Power Supply/Accessories For Thermal Evaporation Unit Vacuum Chamber • Chamber Type: D-type vacuum chamber with front-opening door. • Material: Stainless Steel SS 304. • Door Design: Flanged front door with hinge, fully openable, sealed using ‘O’ ring and clamp for vacuum integrity. • View Port: Fitted with toughened glass and an ‘O’ ring for a clear view of the source holder and substrate during evaporation. • Utility Ports: Gas Inlet Port, Vent Port, and Vacuum Pumping Port. • Vacuum Plumbing: Stainless steel bellows line with KF end flanges provided for chamber evacuation. • Internal Components: Base plate accommodates LT/HT electrodes, shutter, etc. • Removable Liners: SS 304 removable liners for inner surface protection and easy cleaning. • Surface Finish (Interior): Mirror-finished by buffing all sub-assemblies and chamber interior. • Surface Finish (Exterior): Neatly
