| 3 | Supply and installation of 160 KVA silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per latest CPCB norms and foundation and as per OEM recommendation and comprise the followngs :-. |
| 4 | (a) Alternator (bush less) shall be design for an output of 160 KVA at full load for continuos rating at 0.80 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volts 50 C/S with 1500 RPM speed, self excited self regulated, screen protected, drip proof construction with insulation class \"H\" with two end shield ball/roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces as per IS-4722 or BS 2613-1970 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | (b)Diesel Engine :- Diesel Engine air cooled of BHP 206.8 or as per recommended by the OEM and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder four stroke, cold starting, 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 with A1 electronic governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos ropeand with support and silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standared accessories, oil sump, pre heaters etc all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | (c) Control Panel : - The standared panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for mounting accessories, multifunctional digital meter suitable for measuring energy, power factor, frequency, voltage (0-500) volts and current, including CT\"s of suitable ratio with inbuilt selector switch, indicator lamps LED type hours meter/RPM indicator, lub oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, oil temp gauge & fuel level indicator safety control for engine shut off (trip with visual indication) for low lube oil pressure, safety control for engine shut off (trip with visual indication) for high temperature, safety control (trip with visual indication) for low fuel level with protection of short circuit/over load and auto shut down. |

| 8 | (i) Maintenance free sealed lead acid battery 12 V 180/150 AH, Battery lead of adequate size and legnth . |
| 9 | (ii) Starter Motor (iii) Starter gearing (iv) Start/Stop push button. |
| 10 | (vi) Invertor cum battery charger 500 VA capacity suitable to work on 230 Volts 50 Hz AC supply system for charging of DG Set batteries externally when DG set is in off position. |
| 11 | (vi) Alternator/Dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG sets running complete with cut out all as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Supply, laying, jointing and testing passing through pipe of 1100 Volts grade \"Heavy duty\" PVC sheathed armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor multi standed served with inner sheating of PVC tape armored with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 150 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area 3.5 core confirming to IS specification, Laid in trench/ducked/fixed on walls or under floors etc complete all as specified and directed incl dismentling and taking out old unsv cables of any size complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size (600x600x6)mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI pipe 40mm bore from earth plate to terminate point for protectio of earthing lead complete as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completioncomplete all as specified and directed. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 20mm GI Pipe (medium grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made. |

| 15 | Supply and fixing HDPE (DWC) duct pipe 95 mm outer dia and inner dia 83 mm confirming to IS: 14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with all accessories, bends, joints, nuts, bolts, clamps etc fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Supply and fixing change over switch with iron clade sheet metal enclouser 4 pole 415 bolt 250 Amp with DIN type 4 fuses including fixing on wall with all necessary fittings clamp, brackets, jointing of incoming and outgoing cables etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable/errection of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | Removing surplus excavated material (Soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Amount of credit of Rs. 3405.60 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule \"A\" section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender. |
