Tender For Addn Altn To Sewage Disposal System At Af Stn Lonavla; 1 Site clearance in soft/ loose soils of vegitations,bhuses and shrubs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.50 mtr wide and n exc 1.50 mtr in depth, for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out in disintegrated rocksoil complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.50m butn.exc 3.0 m in depth; for foundation , etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pair holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in disintegrated rock complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge 4 Excavation in trenches 1.5 CUM wide and 1.5 CUM deep in hard dense soil 5 Material and labourforPCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Returning filling in, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in disintegrated rock etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Removal of surplus soil(excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Removing excavated material / soil exc 250 m but n. exc 500 m and depositing whereasdirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete(Design mix)M -3020 mm graded stone aggregate for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete(Design mix)M -3020mm graded stone aggregate for columns, pillars,walls ,piers,posts and strutscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete(Design mix)M -3020mm graded stone aggregate for slab supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs landings,balconies,canopies,deck slabs,chajjas,et complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix)M -3020mm graded stone aggregate forbeams/roof beam,cantilevers,bressumers,lintel over 1.5m spancomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Formwork to side of concrete foundation,footing,bases of column raft and raft beams, side and soffits (if any)of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; etc vertical or to batterflat withrougth finished surfaceof concrete complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Formwork to side of pillars,posts.struts,piers,column ,walls,and stsnchions finished surfaces of concretesquare,rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) of fair finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 M&L for preparation ofnew plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsiondistemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two coats wall care puttycomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . 18 Material labour for applying two coats of Dr Fixit damp guardepoxy painting as in two layers on plastered surface of concrete /brick wallcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceilingsurfaces, finished fair and evenwithout using extra cement complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling andapplyingthree coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 M &L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 M&L for preparation ofnew plastered wall surfaces applying two coats of Acrylicexterior anti fungal weather coat paintover a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: necessarysaftey precautions , ladder/scaffoliding etc arranged by contractor. 23 S&F Powder coated aluminium three track, three shutter (equal width) type window miniumum 50micron with frame made of aluminium sections of size 91.80 x 31.75 x 1.0mm and shutters made out of aluminium sections 39.4 x17.7 x 1.0mm without sash bars including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised snap beadings, screws aluminium fittings lockings arragngements etc including 4.00mm thick sheet glass for glazed shutters and stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm for wire gauge shutter all as specified and as directed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 24 S&F1.25mm thick Steel rolling shutters,gear operatedtype with bevel gearbox and crank handle out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoringrod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25 M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats ofAnticorrosive paint (Epoxy)over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primercomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200 mm bore (glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set and jointed in cement mortar, concrete bedding to drain pipes incl hunching to pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 All as per item No26 here-in-before but 300mm bore. 28 M&L, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150mm thickconcrete bedding to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 29 All As per item No 28 here-in-before but 300mm bore. 30 S&F 200 mm boreReinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 All as per item No 30Here-in-before but 300mm bore. 32 M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, of 150mm dia welding good to pipe incl rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round on 3/4 section in cement concrete 1:2;4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as reqired. 33 Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided rainforced (rainforcement of cut as required to facilasite demolition etc) complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 34 Material and labourProvidingand fixingof precast rainforcedcement concreteof type C1 1:2:4( 20 mm graded aggregate) with cement mortar 1:4 in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 Material and labourfor TMTbars 6- 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 36 M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 37 S&F Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined in bracket, over head tankcovers with brackets ,gully traps, grating, railing,frames,manhole covers,fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters exc 5kg each and similar articles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 38 Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 39 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 40 Material and labourfor rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls ofmanholes,septic tank ,etc internal finishing even and smooth (with out using extra cement)etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 41 Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in septic tanks , man holes, brick pillars of with supporting staging external finishes the surfaces even and smooth without extra cement coat including using water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :-Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately) 42 supply only water proofing compound 43 Surface excavation n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard densesoil complete all as specified. 44 M&L for Muroom/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and watering and well ramming by mechanically complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 45 Hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm broken stone or boulders deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 Cm thick in two layers watered and rammed to a true surfacecomplete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 46 M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix,type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 47 M& L for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlockingpaver block any shape andsize conforming to IS 15658-2006 ,M-40 grade laid over sand cushioningafter consolidation set and level with grey cement and pigment , etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: sand cushion will be measured separetely. 48 M& L for sand cusionfilling under floorsincluding wateringand consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 49 M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type B21:2:4(using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in coping,edging etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 50 M&L for wallingor randomrubbleun coursedwellbonded beded and solidlyheartedbuiltin cement mortar 1:4 brought upto course completeall as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 51 M&L for Extra over stone wallingfor hammer dressingto face stonesand dressing offace beds and joints,as specified ,of random rubblewallingun coursedbroughtuptomaximum depressionof 40mm thickon granite or trap stones complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 52 M&L for Raised pointingin CM 1:4 to random or polygonal rubbleun coursedor up tocourse completeall as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 53 Material and labour for taking out semi liquid, sludge, mud, from under ground Sewage sump/well (closed with RCC slab at the top and only one opening at sewageSTP) after pumping outliquid/ semi liquid sludge etc by diesel / electic driven engine pump set or by manually,cleaning the inner surfaces of sump by using scrapper/brush and washing cleaning withpotassiumpermanganate solution, well flushing with water after cleaning and including spriking of bleaching powder at the rate of 5kg/Each sump, including removing the clogging disposing off the deposited sludge, etc inside pipes to a distance, exc 500m from the starting point where the sanitary hazard do not take place, burried under ground (minimum 60 cm below ground level) by necessary excavation of pit in soft/loose soil and returning filling in ,including sprinking of bleaching powderat the rate of 0.30 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil aound slope complete as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 54 Supply,installation,testing and commissioningSubmersible sewage pump 7.5 HP/3 Phase / DEL 3 Inch (80 mm) discharge rate 2000 LPM (Max - 2900 LPM) @ 20 mtrs head (Max - 29 Mtr) , RPM 2900 withultrasonic level sensor .Pump sets shall be automatically operated with an ultrasonic level sensor to be installed in existing receiving sump,all connection and installed equipment complete all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 55 Supply,installation,testing and commissioning Submersible sewage pump 20 HP/3 Phase / DEL 3 Inch (80 mm) dischage rate 1500 LPM (Max - 5000 LPM) @ 30 mtrs head (Max - 39 Mtr)withultrasonic level sensor ,Pump sets shall be automatically operated with an ultrasonic level sensor to be installed in existing receiving sump,all connection and installed equipment complete all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 56 S & F GI tubing medium grade 80 mm size with all new connections and fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, short pieces, connector back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs unions, flange etcfixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors for 80 mm size pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 57 S & F non-return valve of dia 80 mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 58 S&F in replacement sluice valve 80 mm dia class PN-I heavy duty with flanged ends having high stainless steel spindle , cast iron wheel , with shut down and open direction & marked on wheel . (IS-14846-2000) and fixing up complete by providing rubber insertion sheet,nut, bolt, washer etc complete 59 S & F Heavy duty stainless steel chain 15 mtrs long with 40 mm chain links including locking arrangement D Shackles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 60 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5core. Including taking down unserviceble cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 61 All as per item No.60 above but of size 25 sq mm 3.5core 62 M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down. 63 Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 64 Supply, fabricate, errect, connecting, testing, commisioning with replacement of LT pannels cubical outdoor type weather and vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick Stainless steel sheet of suitable size with front and rear opening and locking arrangement having 400 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar for phase 3 Nos and 1 No 400 amps bus bar for neutral mounted on epoxy insulatornecessary copper control capacity control wiring heat shrinkable RYB coloured sleaves over bus bar for identification floor mounting angle iron base earth shields circular holes at bottom/top to receive incoming and outgoing cable. cable lugs, cable gland of size as required pannel suitable for the following control/filments sensible for 3 phase 50Hz 415V system complete comprising the following and including necessary PCC/Brick work for mounting of pannel.
