Note :- All material/spares parts required for carrying out above maintenance/servicing shall be measured and paid separetely as \"Supply only\" items as mentioned below and shall be of make-\"Sudhir CS500D5P and Greaves CPCB IV+ As availalbe at site\"as per make of DG set and labour element required for replacing the spares parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of DG sets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against item No.1 above.(i)Any minor parts such as screws, washers, split pin , circlip etc shall be supplied by the firm, rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unitrate quoted.(ii) The Job shall be carried out after every two hundred hrs run of DG Set andshall be measured and paid separatly, no of times carried out during entire period ofcontract .(iii) The Item Include Servicing and cleaning of radiater and taking down fuel tank and cleaning and removel of scale and sludge.Note :- Filter Make :- Fleetguard/Greaves |

Cutting the rusted portion of pipes including gas welding of pipes assembling the complete exhaust assembly including replacement of gasket, metallic flexible pipe,nut bolts, and testing for making it leak proof and fixing the same in position and testing the system complete all as specified and directed. | 75 | Note: The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1 to 22 ) is meant for maint and repair of DG Set in AF Stn Thoiseunder GE(AF ) Thoise. The work shall be executed on ground on required basis but being remote station and extreme wheather condition contractor must stand by all the material and Engineer to rectify the breakdown of DG Set.Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of DG Set in the AF station.In addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 2000/- per day shall be recovered from contractor\"s payment for each breakdown so notified. |
