    Tender For Construction Of Various Maintenance Work In Herbal Garden; 1 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth butexceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including gettingout and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m lead and lift upto 1.5 m, asdirected by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m inwidth or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil anddisposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth inCement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand) 5 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement 6 12 mm cementplaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement:6 fine sand) 7 Providing and fixing cast iron garden benches of size 1.50mt. X 0.40mt X0.40mt. The side frames are to be made out of cast iron, seat and back will be made out of 50 x 25 x 3 mm thick hollow M.S Tube. All exposed area of bench is to be finished with enamel paint.
