Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 50 MT Cold Store With Handling Area on Turkey Basis Under Hi-Tech Infrastructure for Multiplication, Pre And Post-Harvest Management under ODOP (one district one product)” at Walnut Research Station Kulangam Kupwara, SKUAST-Kashmir- 1 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 50 MT Cold Store With Handling Area on Turkey Basis Under Hi-Tech Infrastructure for Multiplication, Pre And Post-Harvest Management of the walnut Germplasm (NABARD) at Kulangam Kupwara, SKUAST-K. 2 Wall InsulationProviding and fixing of 100 mm thick rigid PUF, CFC free, panels with 0.5 mm pre-painted GI sheet on inner and outer surfaces for inside walls and ceiling of cold chambers. The PUF panels shall be made on continuous/ non-continuous line. The lining of PUF panels shall have 18-20 microns of Exterior Polyester coating on epoxy primer on both sides and shall be made by continuous line. The PUF panels shall have Thermal Conductivity of 0.023 at 10oC (W/mK) and density of 40 kg/m3. The panels shall be joined together by means of tongue and groove. All joints shall be properly sealed using sealing compounds. 3 Floor InsulationProviding and laying of 100 mm thick Polyurethane foam slab (in two layers of 50 mm thickness, duly finished with craft paper with bitumen and tar felt and finally provided with finishing layer of cement concrete (Vacuum Dewatered Cement Concrete) with Trimix finish. Suitable Plastic Film shall also have to be provided to act as vapor barrier. The flooring shall be laid in the order of Bitumen 85 / 25 Grade, Tar Felt, Bitumen, two PUF layers of 50 mm thickness each , Bitumen,Tar Felt and covered with a plastic film and a final finish of 75 mm thick RCC Cement Concrete. 4 Cold room DoorsSupply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Single Leaf Manual Horizontal Sliding Doors of size 2400 x 3000 mm for Cold chamber. The door shall be of 100 mm thickness with XPS insulation sandwiched between 1.5 mm thick, impact-proof glass-fiber reinforced food safe Polyester Lining along with locking arrangement, gaskets and other accessories, complete in all respects. 5 Refrigeration Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5 TR DX Refrigeration System for each chamber. The Refrigeration System shall comprise of scroll compressors coupled with 3-phase Motor of suitable rating. The refrigeration system shall include 5 TR evaporators for each chamber and should maintain temperature between 2oC to 8oC and relative humidity between 55% to 65%. The system should have digital temperature and relative humidity monitoring. The system shall also include electrical panel, VFD, PLC, HMI sensors etc. 6 Material Handling equipmentSupply of material handling equipment comprising of:a) Stackable plastic crates of size470x 356x 330 (H) mm: 1300 Nob) Platform Trolleys of 200kg capacity: 6 Noc) Digital Platform Weigh scale of 100 kg capacity as per specifications including stamping: 2 No. 7 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical and other allied equipment as detailed below:a) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 KVA copper wound Servo stabilizer. The stabilizer shall be indoor type, oil immersed complete with first filling of oil and accessories including mounting base, connections complete as required along with earthing as well.b) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Diesel Generating Set, of 40KVA rating (At AMSL), 3 - phase, 1500 RPM, Self Start, Water Cooled,complete with Acoustic Enclosure. The Diesel Generating Set shall be complete with all the standard accessories required for efficient operation. The Diesel Generating Set shall be complete with standard control panel having Volt Meter, Ammeter, Frequency Meter, KW-hr Meter, Selector Switches, Phase Indicating Lamps, MCCBs of required capacity etc. The Diesel Generating Set shall also have sound attenuated system conforming to respective standards, Anti Vibration Insulators to restrict the transfer of vibration from D.G. Set to the floor, panel. The DG set shall be installed on cement concrete foundation as per manufacturers recommendations with double body and neutral earthing.c) Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of prewired box type fluorescent tube light luminaires, wall/ceiling surface mounted with all accessories as per standard items, connection with 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, electronic ballasts, starters, capacitor, control gear box, including required no. of lamps complete as required and as per the standard catalogue item (10 No).d) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of weather proof light luminaires including lamp and electronic ballast complete as required (12 No).e) SITC ofcontrol panels , electrification and lighting for the cold store and handling area along with cabling, wiring, switches and Switch gears etc. complete in all respects. 8 Note:-The rates quoted are inclusive of all carriages of materials (Mechanical/Manual) from source to site workand all extra charges including dewatering if any during the execution of work till complete in all respects.
