Tender For supply installation testing and commissioning Of 45Watt Led Street Lights In Habba Kadak Constituency On The Existing Lt Poles..-SITC of 45W (±3W) LED streetlight having single piece housing made of pressure die-cast aluminium allow (ADC12/LM6). The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted/welded/mechanically joined to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The luminaire shall have Integrated polycarbonate front cover/lens only. The luminaire shall have dusk to dawn feature (Auto switch on & off) Latitude longitude/ IRtype. The luminaire shall be IP66 & IK07 compliant. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. Control gear compartments shall be top maintainable only. The LED luminaire shall use LEDs with CCT 5700°K, CR≥70, SDCM≤5 & Life of 50K Hrs @ L70B50. The luminaire shall deliver minimum system efficacy of 120lm/w. The luminaire shall use Potted driver having THD≤ 10% (@ full load), PF≥ 0.95 (@full load), can survive Input voltage stress 440V for 8 Hrs, can survive Input voltage stress 320V for 48 Hrs, can survive Input voltage stress 100V for 48 Hrs, High Voltage cut-off @ 325V (±15V) with auto re-start at 300V to 315V, Low voltage cut-off ≤ 95V with Auto-Restart at 95V to 100V, Operating voltage of 140V to 270V,operating temperature -10 to +45 Degree Celcius, In-built Surge Protection of 4KV. The LED driver shall have efficiency ≥85% . The LED driver shall be BIS registered. The luminaire shall have minimum 10KV SPD & shall have Electrical Insulation of Class I. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79 as per 2019 standard, Type test as per IS10322, FAT before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer within 05 days of award of LOI. The LED Luminaire & its driver both should be BIS registered.Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply /Installation/Commissioning of LED lights for approval: LM79 as per 2019 standard issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, IK Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver. The luminaire shall be with 3 years replacement warranty during the DLP period. (Make: Signify Philips/Lighting Technology/Ligman/Endo/Equivalent) 2 Supply, Installation, Testing & Comissioning of 2-6A SP MCB Controller with FRP box and clamps 3 Supply,installation,testing & commissioing of 1.1 metre(±10%) 32-40mm (32mm for 45Watt & 40mm for 70watt Street lights) hot dip NABL Tested GI bracket along (painted with Colour to be decided by the depoartment to distinguish the street lights from the existing ones) with Clamps for fixing the light on pole along with 07 mtr 2Core 2.5Sqmm Al Cable for each fixture. 4 SITC of Insulating piercing connectors for fixing of street lights on the LT AB cable
