Mechanical Works To Be Carried Out At Jhelum And Wular Ital Dredger Of Flood Mechanical Division Baramulla Refer To Boq-1 Fabrication of locking System of Jhelum Ital Dredger at Zeebal Dyke of Below mentioned specification:-a) Fabrication, providing, fitting of M.S structure of size (2.5x1.75x1 ft) fabricated out of 4mm thick sheet on existing oil filler neck with the help of skilled labours, D.G set, Gas cutter, Welding set, by using superior quality electrodes . The job also includes the charge of fabrication of 4mm thick M.S lid of size (2.75x2 ft ) on top of fabricated structure with hinges, nuts & bolts etc for the completion of work. . The job also includes the charge for removal of foreign contaminants, etc. from fabricated structure with the help of skilled labour by way of scrapping, chipping, cleaning, rubbing and preparing the surface to receive primer properly. The job then involves painting with two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy marine quality enamel coating of specified colour as per the direction of site Engineer for the completion of work. All tools & tackles, transportation, boat,DG set etc shall be arranged by firm during execution of work. The job also includes Providing and fitting of Hardened Steel heavy duty locks of 90 mm with two keys for HSD tank of Jhelum & Wular Ital Dredgers for locking purposes of reputed make . 2 Repairs to damaged spuds of Jhelum ITAL Dredger and Wular ITAL Dredger of below mentioned specification by way of a) Dismantling spuds of Jhelum ITAL Dredger deployed at Zeebal dyke with the help of skilled labours, chain pulley block, tripod, Hydraulic Crane other tools & tackles carefully on main deck assembly . The job then involves repairs to bottom area of spuds by way of fabrication of triangular shape M.S pieces on three sides of circular bottom face of each spud. After proper repairs, assembling spuds carefully with the help of skilled labours, crane, tools & tackles and tested on full load. The job also involves repairs to winch pulley area with the help of welding work. All tools & tackles like DG set, Welding set, Gas cutter, boat ,Hydra shall be arranged by firm for execution of work. 2.1 b) Dismantling spuds of Wular ITAL Dredger deployed at Hajin Bandipora with the help of skilled labours, chain pulley block, tripod, Hydraulic Crane other tools & tackles carefully on main deck assembly . The job then involves repairs to bottom area of spuds by way of fabrication of triangular shape M.S pieces on three sides of circular bottom face of each spud. After proper repairs, assembling spuds carefully with the help of skilled labours, crane, tools & tackles and tested on full load. The job also involves repairs to winch pulley area with the help of welding work. All tools & tackles like DG set, Welding set, Gas cutter, boat ,Hydra shall be arranged by firm for execution of work
