    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Built Up Trucks; Sml; Yes; Service Provider Premises (a) Denting & painting of complete vehicle as per the following specifications- i) Removal of old paint and corrosion from complete vehicle by scrubbing ii) Complete vehicle dent repair and applying good quality metal putty at affected areas and marking to be done on left and right side of the coach with AIR FORCE STATION BHISIANA. Air Force ensign, unit code, bridge weight and number plate to be marked. iii) Application of qualified coat of primer on complete vehicle including chassis. iv) High temperature heat resistant temperature paint is to be applied on complete exhaust assembly. v) Paint should be thoroughly mixed and brought to a uniform consistency prior to use. vi) Each coat of paint applied must be used be allowed to dry thoroughly (about 18 hours) before the next coat is applied. (b) Repair of speedo meter. (c) Replacement of headlights and sidelights. (d) Repair of all electrical system. (e) Replacement of rear wind screen and rubber beading. (1) Repair of upholstery seat cover to be replaced with good quality material cover. (g) Pneumatic operated system to be installed at entrance door. Total Quantity :
