Tender For Lot 01 Repair work between km. 0.150 to km. 6.0000 of the previously constructed Chhattisgarh road on top of Hasanpur embankment (first phase) under district Amroha. - 1 Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading 2 Clearing thick bushes and thorny jungle without uprooting. 3 Scraping old painted surface including disposal of all scrapped materials. (by mechanical means). 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (with 45 mm - 63 mm size st. ballast) as per Technical Specification Clause 405 as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work. 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (with 22.4 - 53 mm size st. ballast) as per Technical Specification Clause 405 as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work. 6 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class (M-150) brick on edge laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to the required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Brick soling with brick laid on edge straight over burnt dry bricksincluding prepration of sub-grade and filling joints with local Sand,including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work. 8 Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS0-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work. 9 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work. 10 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work. 11 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work. 12 Earth work in filling of road sidein ordinary soil, including lead up to 30 meter and lift up to 1.50 meter with proper leveling, dressing and manual compaction also including carriage up to 1.0 km by power transport with all cost of labour, T&P with proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charges. 13 Providingand Fixing of typical Irrigation canal informatory sign board size (0.60x0.90) on MS plate of 1.60 mm thickness duly welded with MS flat iron 35mmx 5mmsize on bock on edges. With MS angle iron frome of 35x35x5 mm enbedded in cement concrete M-15 grade block of 300x300x600 mm below ground level. lettering and printing logo etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved qualitiy in required shade and colour all skeltons of framed post and plate will be painted with primer and two coats expoxypaint including supply of material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
