Work under this contract has to be carried out at any height of buildings(ii). The contractor shall provide all necessary equipments and preventive measures to labours at his own cost and no extra claim on this account shall be admissible 2 M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of wall including cornices (plastered or unplastered) by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coat of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and M&L for applying 1.5 mm thick wall care putty including rubbing and sand papering the surfaces to achieve even and smooth surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any descrition exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary andapplying one coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st Quality) on walls, cornices, borders, facia of chajjas & projected columns complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Exterior acrylic emulsion paint shall be anit-fungal, dust resistant, water repellant, crack-bridging, weather proof type 1st Quality. 10 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st Quality) on walls, cornices, borders, facia of chajjas & projected columns over and including a priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Exterior acrylic emulsion paint shall be anit-fungal, dust resistant, water repellant, crack-bridging, weather proof type 1st Quality. 11 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of surfaces and M&L for applying 1.5mm thick wall care putty and and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a priming coat on walls complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Acrylic emulsion paint shall be water-thinable acrylic base interior type. 12 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of surfaces and M&L for applying texture paint over a coat of primer for creating the texture based effect by using required tools like brushes, sponges, spatulas and special texture rollers on wall surfaces over and including 1.5mm thick wall care putty etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for cleaning of manglore tile roof by scrapping, cleaning & washing by water jet etc and applying two coats of Apex Ultima Weather Shield Paint of approved colour / tinted over and including a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor have to give 3 Years Guarantee Certificate, if within guarantee period Apex removes / washout, contractor has to re-paint all the surfaces with Apex Ultima Weather Shield Paint at his own cost. 14 M&L for writing letters on PVC coloured sheet of size 450mm x 200mm x 6mm thick, Writing letters / Numerical as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and fixing to Building with screws 4 Nos.
