The joints of panels shall be filled with weather proof sealant, The board shall be stuck with a layer of any colour high intensity reflective grade polymer sticker installed using epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and as directed. 31 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilesincluding cement mortar bedding(but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises. 32 M&L for coloured Non-Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor etc,set and jointed in neat cement sluryy and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) all as specified. 33 M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X450mmx6-7mm thick, set and jointed in neatcement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed. 34 M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed. 35 Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of anydescription or thickness in floors, approns and laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete all asspecified and directed. 36 M&L for machine cut prepolished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed. 37 Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings in roof covering all as specified. 38 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based (corrugated/semi corrugated) sheet 0.50mm thick as per approved profile, coloured, having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified 39 S&F 0.56mm Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) etc complete all as specified and as directed. 40 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided ford etc complete all as specirfied. 41 S&F Steel works In tubular posts/ trusses/ purlin including special shaped washer etc.complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St 240. 42 S&F Mild steel bolts exc 12mm dia and n exc 20mm dia purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long all as specified. 43 S&F MS work in wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed. 44 Taking down cement plaster of any descriptionon brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. 45 M&L Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on soffits of RCC slabs, roof projections, soffits and sides of RCC beams, waist slab, Loft Slab, RCC shelves, Chajjas, and the like finished even and smooth without using extra cement. 46 M&L 15mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick floating coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on all external wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.
