Tender For Certain Sanctioned Lbw And Revenue Works Of E/M Nature At Miran Sahib Under Ge Jammu.-- 1 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for taking up or laying of underground cables/ erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Sand laid in trenches as cable cushioning and covering all as directed. Sand cushioning to underground electric cable 8cm before laying and 15cm after laying the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Sub class B old size well burnt bricks, laid flat with width equal to length of brick in trenches as protection to cable complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pole foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping of pole and stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ. . 10 LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, street light bracket length upto 1.20 mtr and 25mm dia GI pipe, including wire 3 core 1.5 Sqmm length 9 mtr complete with IP-66 protection complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 25 x 4mm dia earth strip by means of bolts, nuts and washers made of galvanized iron protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 Rm with earth strip and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified and including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 pit and precast RCC (1 :1.5 : 3) type A-1 pit cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 50mm with handle as shown in drawing funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary earth work and excavation in any type soil and removal etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and as directed 12 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed. 13 PVC junction box of size 155 x 210 x 92mm with locking arrangement suitable for 04 nos cable connectors (3 Phase and neutral), 01 No MCB SP 6 Amp complete with suitable size of cable glands and mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Supply and fixing electric water heater, storage type steel body with Stainless steel inner tank, glass line coated and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV etc complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Material and labour for fixing of 4 Nos rawl plug of suitable size (4-6) nuts and bolts for hanging of geysers on wall complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 4 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 4.0 Sqmm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through rigid PVC caping casing fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.Note: - Two runs of cable for phase/ neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length. 17 Supply and fixing Industrial plug and socket distribution board 3 pin with earth plug CRCA body with MCB single pole 32 Amp complete all as specified and as directed. 18 GI tubes 40mm dia light grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed with poles for cable from trenches to junction box complete all as specified and as directed. 19 GI Medium grade with all fittings laid on floor/ wall of size 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Angle valves, fancy type, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, fancy type, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed for 15mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Chromium plated connection of size 15mm dia, stainless steel braided with nuts of length 600mm long (hot series braided, threaded and cold series) complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Bib tap cast copper alloy (chromium plated) with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, chromium plated for iron pipe for brass ferrule of size 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Cutting to existing GI pipe of size 25/20/15 mm dia in position for addition/alteration or insertion of TEE for branch connection complete with cutting, threading and jointing/ fixing including GI fitting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.
