specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 145 NOTE FOR CONTRACTOR APPLICABLE TO ALL SCHEDULED ITEMS :- (a)Contractors supervisor will collect complaints slip from MES service centre of Narendra Place for daily bases at 9.00 AM and feedback should be provide same working day at 05.00 PM. along with details of complaints done / not done, reason for not done, material used and User/Occupant signature on complaints slip without fail. If the contractor or his representative fail to collect the complaints from the complaint cell on daily basis, a penal recovery of Rs.1500/day shall be recovered from the RAR/bill due to contractor.(b) The quoted rate included material, Labour, T&P and the demolished / old items should be deposit store / disposal from the site etc, as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. No extra will be paid.(c) Attending day to day complaint like easing of steel/wooden/Aluminiumm Door and Window, repair/replacement of hardware items/mirror/glass shelf/Glass panes etc.should be complete in the same day and replacement of shutters,Doors,cupboards and frames should be complete with in 48 hrs without fail.
