Development Of Horticulture Works In Parks Located At Various Locations In Army Areas-- 1 Trenching in Ordinary Soil upto depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil by spreading and neatly levelling with in a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth. (Depth as required as per site conditions and decided by Officer incharge. 2 Removal of excavated material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, and stacking and carriage upto all lead & lift outside Cantonments limits. 3 Supplying & stacking of good earth free from foreign materials at site work including royalty and carriage upto all lead and lift (good earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). 4 Supplying and stacking of cow dung manure at site including royalty and carriage upto all lead & lifts (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). 5 Supplying and stacking of Okhla sludge at site including loading unloading and carriage upto all lead & lifts(sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) 6 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion as specified or directed by the officer in charge. 7 Spreading of Okhla sludge, cow dung manure and mixing with earth and rough dressing top surfaces in required gradient and slope. 8 Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavation 60 cm deep refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50m lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately). 9 Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8% ) flooding with water dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth , if any with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately ) 60 cm dia and 60 cm deep 10 Flooding the ground with water including making kairies and dismantling the same. 11 Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods. 12 Fine Dressing the ground 13 Providing & laying of Selection no. 1 Doob grass turf with earth 50mm to60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level andramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface withlight roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same andmaintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, asper direction of the officer-in-charge. 14 Providing and stacking of Clerodendrum inerme having ht. 25 cm to 30 cm multi branched in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 15 Providing and stacking of Calliandra hybrida of height 105-120 cm., wellbranched, bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in charge. 16 Providing and stacking of Tecoma gaudichaudi of height 90-105 cm.,bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 17 Providing and stacking of Hamelia patens of height 60-75 cm. with 6-8 branches in poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 18 Providing and stacking ofTabernaemontana divaricata (Chandni double)of height 75-90 cm. with 4-5 branches in bag of size 25 cm as perdirection of the officer-in-charge. 19 Providing and stacking ofFicus panda of height 45-60 cm. with 6-7branches and healthy foliage in p.bag of size 25 cm as per direction ofthe officer-in-charge 20 Providing and stacking ofFicus panda of height 90-105 cm. with 10-12branches and healthy foliage, well formed in cement pot of size 30 cmas per direction of the officer-in-charge. 21 Providing and stacking of Plumeria albaheight 165-180 cm. with 3-4branchesand thick stem in big size HDPE bagas per direction of theofficer-in-charge 22 Providing and stacking of Plumeria rubara height 120-150 cm., 3-4branchesand thick stem in big size HDPE bagas per direction of theofficer-in-charge. 23 Providing, stacking and Displaying Bismarckia Palm 115 cm to 180 cmht. plant, well developed 12 and above good color fresh and healthyleaves in 40 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic Potand as per direction of theofficer-in- charge. 24 Providing, stacking and Displaying Bamboo Buddha valley with fresh &healthy 3 to 4 suckers having 75 cm to 90 cm ht. plant in 25 cm sizeEarthen Pot/ Plastic Potand as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 25 Providing, stacking and Displaying Foxtail palm well developed withfresh & healthy foliage of ht. plant 210 cm to 240 cm in 40 cm CementPot/ Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 26 Providing, stacking and Displaying Furcaria Variegated hybrid welldeveloped with fresh & healthy foliage 20 and above attractive leaves in35 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in charge. 27 Providing and stackingWadelia trilobata,full of leaves in 15 cm size ofEarthen Pot / Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 28 Providing and stacking Syngonium golden of height 30 cm to 45 cm.with 2 to 3 suckers healthy foliage in Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot of size 20cm and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 29 Providing and stacking Syngonium (Butterfly) variegated with 2 to 3suckers healthy foliage in Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot of size 20 cm and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 30 Plantation of Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unservicable materials as per direction of Officer in Charge (excluding cost of plant & water) 31 Plantation of Shrub plant at site i/c watering and removal of unservicable materials as per diretion of Officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water)
