Tender For MaintENANCE And Repairs To Chemical Dosing System Including Consumables For Water Supply Installations At Afs Bidar--- 1 Schedules of Works 2 Supply only calcium based high strength granular chlorination chemical (Calcium Hypochlorite 65% chlorite granules) for water treatment with and including plastic drum of 45 Kg packing complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Any make approved in MES or techno commercial equivalent 3 Supply only chlorine tablets of size 50.80mm in diameter packed in plastic sealed disposable packet with arrangement for appropriate water contact with the tablet and circulation through the plastic packet, suitable for operation through suitable feeder for disinfection of water line complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Any make approved in MES or techno commercial equivalent 4 Supply only Sodium hypochlorite 10% liquid chlorination chemical for water treatment including plastic drum of 50 Kg packing complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Any make approved in MES or techno commercial equivalent 5 Supply only copper sulphate for potable water copper sulphate pent hydrate content 98%, impurities limit (i) Free sulphate and 0.2% max (ii) iron as Fe ppm 200 max toxic substance limit as pp of product (Cuso4 5H2O) (iii) Arsenic (AS-05) (ii) Cadmium (Cd) (iii) Chromium (Cr-05), (iv) Mercury (Hg-0.1) (v) Nickel (Ni-100), Lead (Pb--70), The copper sulphate should be powder or crystal (vi) Deep Blue colour and solubility 266g/ I (20 Degree). Make : Any make approved in MES or techno commercial equivalent 6 Supply only Magnofloc 7 Supply only bleaching powder( ISI marked ) superior quality 8 Supply only Chlorine test kit with colour ample packed with requred chemicals in glass containers with stirrer and test tube alongwith closed in PVC/ fibre box complete all as specified and as directed.Note for Sl item Nos. 1 to 7 :- i) The Contractor shall not supply materials in bulk.The supply shall be based on communication by Engineer-in-Charge.ii) The Contractor shall adhere to time lines given by Engineer-in-Charge for supply of materials whill be based on requirement basis.iii) The contractor shall not have any claim on account of any misunderstanding in this regards.Make : Any make approved in MES or techno commercial equivalent 9 S&F in replacement of automatic erosion feed enabled water sanitizer / conditioning treatment station with proportional dosing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. The system shall comprise of following :- 1) Receptacle with following attachments:-a) Station Holding Assembly b) Water Inlet Regulator c) Overflow Vent d) Drain valve e) Fluid Level controller with In-built Level Switch f) Sludge Level Gauge g) Station Base Assembly with Station Base Buffer h) Material of construction: Non-metallic thermoplastic i) Maximum Temperature: 45°C j) Capacity: 100 litres k) Shape: Cylindrical 2) Station Hood Assembly with multi-cavity arrangement as under:- a) Custom cover b) Refill Cavity Lids c) Electrically powered drive unit with pressure resistance up to 8 Bars d) Material of construction: Non-metallice) Maximum Temperature: 45°Cf) Shape: Circularg) Cavity Lids storage bin3) Automation assembly with accessories Make :Declibac ( Stequa PACK PRO V2 ) or techno commercial make apprved here-in-after. 10 S&F in repairs PPR pipe of 15mm dia pressure rating 10 bar along with fittings fixing in chamber / on walls complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F in repairs high pressure socket type PPR ball valve of 15mm dia along with fittings fixing in chamber complete all as specified and directed.
