Office furniture shall include executive tables, chairs, visitor chairs, steel almirahs, computer furniture, conference table etc. Office equipment shall include as a minimum of telephone (2 external & 10 internal lines), photocopier (15ppm, 12000 copies per month with A3 & A4 input), PCs (5 No., Intel Core i3, 19’’ colour TFT, Cache-6MB, RAM-2 GB, HDD-250 GB, DVD Writer, Key board, optical scroll mouse, MS- Windows 8/10, pre-loaded anti-virus etc.), laser/colour printers (2 no., 14 ppm, 266 MHZ, 5000 pages per month, 600x600 dpi or better etc.), Engineering Plan printer (1 no.), binding machine (1 no.), plotter A0 size, overhead projector, AC (4 no., 1.5 Ton), Water Coolers (as required)etc. 32 During Construction Period (1x18) 33 During Maintenance Period (1x60) 34 Reports and Document Printing 35 Monthly reports(Construction and Maintenance) [3x4x(18+60)] 36 Half yearly Reports [3x{(3x3)+(4x10)}] 37 Various others reports as provided in the Contract Agreement such as Completion Report [03 (After Project Completion) + 04 (After completion of Maintenance period)] 38 Cost towards Road Survey Equipment (Network Survey Vehicle/Falling Weight Deflectometer/Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit/Retro Reflectometer) including all required manpower, software & report processing etc. 39 Surface defects detection and roughness measurement using Network Survey Vehicle (57.71 km x 11) 40 Pavement strength measurement using FWD(57.71 km x 6) 41 Bridge inspection using Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit(57.71 km x 10) 42 Road signs inspection using Retro Reflectometer(57.71 km x 11) 43 Contigencies A fixed amount of Indian Rupees Ten Lakh (Rs 10,00,000/-) shall be included in the Financial Proposal
