BANKING AREA 1 Dismantling existing False ceiling, partitions, counters/ tables after stage wise progress of work and stocking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from the site as directed by the bank official. Making necessary arrangement for the branch to function smoothly during the progress of renovation work that includes rearrangement of existing set up as required by branch from time to time. 0.00 LS 2 Making necessary arrangement for the branch to function smoothly during the progress of renovation work that includes rearrangement of existing set up as required by branch from time to time. 0.00 LS 3 Glazed door : Providing and fixing entrance door using 12 mm toughened glass including floor springs with all necessary patches and Glass to glass lock round type (w/o cut out) patches for hanging the toughened glass ,etc complete. The door should have SS H-type (25x425mm)door handles on both sides. All Edges of the glass to be polished and Provide Rubber beading, The emblem and sticker works are as per the detailed drawing. 5.73 SQM 4 Frameless glazing:- Providing and fixing Venue of Arbitration Jurisdiction of Court Employer shall provide following • Space for Contractor’s store free of rent, All temporary structures put up by the Contractor for his works, shall be removed and site handed over to the Employer without any obstructions on completion of works. • Water supply for construction purposes will be provided at one point at site of work. Further storage / distribution and pumping water at all heights shall be Contractor’s own responsibility. • Electric power — 440 V x 3 phases x 50 Hz will be provided at one point at work site. The Contractor shall provide his own meter and distribution arrangement. • The Contractor has to arrange and install switchboards with HRC fuses and switches including cable of required length of appropriate size and capacity at his own cost.
