Tender For Hiring Of Agency For Operation & Maintenance Support Of Existing Customer Integrated Management Services (Cims) System Of Omc (Through E-Tendering Operation & Maintenance Support of existing Customer Integrated Management Services (CIMS) System of OMC Complete takeover and management of the existing applications (including databases) in as-is condition from OMC, along with all developments, enhancements, source codes, user manuals, system documents, design documents, integrations, infrastructure at Data center till moving application to the new environment or continue with the existing environment. Hosting of the application in MeitY empaneled cloud service provider (CSP). Study, development and implementation of new application modules / functions as per the scope of this RFP. Operation & Maintenance Support of the CIMS portal after its handover/ go-live (Post migration, if any). T+ 4 Months 4 Months (Handover- Takeover) + 5 Years (Operation & Maintenance Support post-Handover- Takeover) Where T is date of signing of agreement
