Repair/ Spares/ Maintenance Of Various Snow Cats (Sc 1St Sonalika 90 Hp, Sc 5Th Sonalika 60 Hp, Sc 7Th Preet 90 Hp And Sc 9Th Farmtrac 90 Hp) And Dg Set 7.5 Kva Of Snow Clearance Control Bathipora Kulgam.- 1 Snow Cat 1stSonalika 90 HP 2 Providing and fitting of brake shoes:- The job includes dismantling of the blade and cabin attachments,lifting of cabin with the help of chain-pulley block, unbolting the tyres and removing them to reach brake assy. and then taking out the worn brake pads/platesThe job concludes with reinstalling new brake pads/plates and other allied parts, along with rebolting the tyres and re-assembling of cabin and lowering it for rebolting all the unbolted points & blade attachment.Note: a.The Job includes cost of highly skilled labour. b. All tools and tackles and their carriage to the work site has to be provided by the firm. 3 Fixing of cutting edges to the fixed snow plough:- The job includes removing of the worn-out cutting edges and then cutting/ trimming of the new cutting edges as per plough profile by using a gas cutter. The job further includes drilling of 16 No. holes on the new cutting edges in accordance with the holes on the base of the snow plough. The job also includes providing and fitting of 16 no. nuts bolts M18 of 80 mm long .the job also includes cost of transportation, loading and unloading etc from Divisional office to SCCR Kulgam/Bathipora.All tools and tackles during execution of work are to be provided by firm. 4 Repairs to the fixed plough assembly:- The job includes dismounting of the plough from the machine and removing of bends by heating, pressing, hammering and welding at the damaged/ cracked spots and reinstalling the plough assembly after reparing. 5 P/F of wiper blade with arm 6 Greasing on critical componentswhich include: Steering linkages including ball joints, tie rods ends, pin joints ofsteering cylinders, wheel hubs. (The required amount of the grease will be provided by the Department).The tools including grease gun involved in the execution of the job are to be provided by the firm. 7 P/F of filter kit (M Oil Filter & Diesel Filter (2 no.s) , hydraulic filter and air filter) as per sample and as recommended by OEM 8 Electric Job : The job includes identifying and replacing faulty fuses, ensuring strict adherence to machine specifications. Providing and fitting of the front-side fog lights (2 No. each) by replacing damaged ones with new fog lights for improved visibility under Snowy conditions (12V/24V with ip64 protection). Additionally replacing damaged wiring with new wiring of appropraite size. 9 P/F of siren horn hooter for snow cat 10 Supply of Diesel pipe main of size 10ftlong with clamps for Snow cat Sonalika-90 hp (As per Sample) 11 P/F of blade attachment holding Pinsas per Sample 12 P/F of ( 2 nos) Genuine Bonnet Gas Hydraulic Spring 28 Inch (710mm) 13 Providing and fitting of right window Glass pane for Tractor Cabin. The job includes cost of transportation of glass pane from firm to SCCR Bathipora. Additionally, assessing and replacing damaged wiring with new segments of the correct size for the machine. 43 Providing and fitting of Main fuel pipe and return fuel pipe 10 feet long duly fitted with banjo bolts at both ends of required size up to the fuel tank as per sample. The job includes disconnecting the existing fuel pipes from old fuel tank. 44 DG Set 7.5 KVA 45 P/F of Oil Filter for Kirlosker Diesel Generator 7.5kVA as per sample. 46 P/F of fuel Filter for Kirlosker Diesel Generator set 7.5kVA as per sample
