Loosening and removing bolts/nuts securing the steering arm to the tie rod .Carefully disconnectinghydraulic or brake lines clipped to the arm . Furthermore, arc welding to fill the holes completely with weld metal in axle housing and grinding the axle housing face.b. Further drilling 3 no. of holes with suitable drill bit and by using tapping tool to make threads to fit bolts as per sample.c. Placing steering arm base plate along with axle housing and inserting (3 no.s) high- tensile bolts as per sample and tightening it.d. Finishing the job by reconnecting the hydraulic or brake lines clipped to the arm and tightening nuts.Note: i. The job required highly skilled labour.ii.
