The fabrication involves of cutting the flatsby using oxy- acetylene gas to the matching length of four pieces of the existing fitted cutting edges of the blade and drilling of 20 holes of size 18-20mm at required locations. The job includes supply of new set of all M16 bolts with nuts and washers of standard grade. the job also includes cost of transportation, loading and unloading etc of cutting edges from divisional office to SCCR Kulgam/Bathipora All tools and tackles during execution of work are to be provided by firm. 3 Front wheel checking and hub greasing by way of:1. Removing of tyres, wheel hub, brake drum, bearings both inner and outer, axle and all related parts of the wheel assembly. Washing and cleaning of all the parts using HSD(6Ltrs to be provided by the firm).2. Removing and replacing of worn out king pin bearing and king pin bushes.3. Removing of worn out Axle bearings ( Inner and outer) ,brake lining and replacing with new parts.3. Providing and fitting of new oil seals.4. Greasing of bearing and hub while repacking and adjust hub end play (required quantity of grease will be provided by the department).5. Reassembling of the hub and refitting of tyres. 4 Rear wheel checking and hub greasingby way of:1. Providing and fitting of the front-side fog lights (2 No. each) by replacing damaged ones with new fog lights for improved visibility under Snowy conditions (12V/24V with ip64 protection). Additionallyreplacing damaged wiring with new wiring of appropriate size as per sample. 9 Providing and Fitting of Siren/ horn horn hooter for snow Machine 10 Supply of wiper blade with arm for snow Machine 11 P/F of Filter kit -(M Oil Filter, Diesel Filter (Dual) Set 2Pc and air filter. 12 P/F of Brake Servo Assy.
