Note - Breaking Of Psc Sleepers Is Permitted Within Railway Premises Subject To The Following Conditions: - 1] After Breaking The Sleepers, Debris Should Be Cleared By The Purchaser And Thereafter Only The Delivery Of Released Steel Wires And Inserts, Will Be Affected. Witnessing Officials To Strictly Ensure The Same. 2] The Purchaser Should Take The Responsibility In Case Of Any Un-Toward Incidents In Course Of Breaking The Sleepers Failing Which Suitable Administrative Action Will Be Taken. 3] The Process Of Breaking The Sleepers Should Not Infringe The Railway Activities In The Area. 4] The Process Of Breaking And Removal Of Scrap Should Be Done Within The Stipulated Time I.E.
