    Tender For Transformer Oil Filtration, General Servicing Ht Ocb Panel And Lt Panels For 2 X 630 Kva Substation At Te Building Tirupati Filtration of Transformer oil for 630 KVA Indoor transformer at site, such as removal of all suspended particals like dust, rust, scales,colloidal carbon oxidation sludge etc., Degassing and Dehumidification of transformer oil under vaccum. Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. Deacidification by evaporation and absorption meathod and including transportation of of filtering machine, providing test cetificate etc., as required. 2 job Job 2 Top up of transformer oil in the conservator tank up to the minimum level after filtration of the transformer oil, toping up in 1 no HT PT and 3 Nos of HT OCBs etc., as req. 50 ltrs Ltr 3 Supplying and fixing of silica gel breather including removing the old breather etc., as required. 2 jobs Job 4 General servicing of 3 panel HT panel consisting of 1No isolator and 2No of OCB of 400A capacity, checking of bus bar, checking of cable chamber, checking of 50Volts DC supply, checking of spring tension in the trip bridge, applying of grease, oil, cleaning of HT terminals male and female contacts, checking of oil level in OCB and other minor connected 1 job Job 5 Testing of the existing IDMT
