Supply of Materials and Erection for Increasing Capacity of 06 Nos. transformer installed at 33/11 KV S/s Chilbila, Aaaspurdevsara, Kunda Tahsil, Bahorikpur, Sangramgarh and Hathigava Distt. Pratapgarh in Business Plan 2025-26 on Semi Turnkey Basis under EDC, Pratapgarh= 1 Augmentation of existing 33/11 kV Substations by enhancement of Power Transformer capacity from 5 MVA to 10 MVA at Bahorikpur, Sangramgarh, Chilbila, Aspur Devsara,Kunda Tehsil andHathigawa (District Pratapgarh). The scope of work includes dismantling of existing 5 MVA transformers, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of new 10 MVA transformers along with all associated works such as foundation, plinth strengthening, oil filtration, cable connections, earthing, and auxiliary equipment integration, strictly as per UPPCL norms and standards. The carriage of centralized material from the designated Store Centre to the work site shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and risk. In addition, the contractor shall provide all consumables and accessories required for completion of the works including but not limited to nuts, bolts, washers, clamps, lugs, ferrules, jointing kits, and all necessary Tools & Plants (T&P) items. 2 (Part-A)Supply of Materials as per RESSPO Technical Specification & Drawing. (Technical Specification & Drawing attached for materials not available in RESSPO) 3 PVC insulated, armored copper conductor control cable of size 4C × 2.5 sq.mm, including dressing, clamping, and termination at both ends with lugs/ferrules, conforming to IS:1554 (Part-1). 4 PVC insulated, armored copper conductor control cable of size 2C × 2.5 sq.mm, including termination at both ends as per IS:694/1554. 5 11 kV heat shrinkable, Outdoor jointing kit suitable for XLPE insulated, armored Al. conductor cable (3C × 300 sq.mm), complete with ferrules, insulation, and termination accessories as per IS:13573. 6 11 kV heat shrinkable, Outdoor jointing kit suitable for XLPE insulated, armored Al. conductor cable (3C × 185 sq.mm), conforming to IS:13573. 7 Hot-dip galvanized iron strip 35 × 6 mm for earthing purposes, conforming to IS:2629/4759, including straightening and cutting. 8 Hot-dip galvanized iron strip 50 × 6 mm for earthing, conforming to IS:2629/4759, including cutting, bending, and straightening. 9 PG clamp suitable for ACSR Dog conductor, made of high-strength aluminum alloy with hot-dip galvanized steel bolts, conforming to IS:2486. 10 G.I. pipe 2″ dia (medium class) conforming to IS:1239. 11 Fire stand complete with sand buckets, water drum, hose pipe and accessories as per IS:2190 standards. 12 (Part-B)MOUNTING, FITTING & ERECTION OF WORK AS PER RESSPO NORM. 13 Laying of PVC insulated, armored copper conductor control cable of size 4C × 2.5 sq.mm, including dressing, clamping, and termination at both ends with lugs/ferrules, conforming to IS:1554 (Part-1). 14 Laying of PVC insulated, armored copper conductor control cable of size 2C × 2.5 sq.mm, including termination at both ends as per IS:694/1554. 15 Laying, installation, and termination of 11 kV grade, single-core, XLPE insulated, armored aluminum conductor power cables of size 3 × 300 sq.mm, conforming to IS:7098 (Part-II), for connecting the 10 MVA transformer LV (11 kV) side to the 11 kV switchgear. The work includes trefoil formation on cable route with clamps/saddles, passage through protective G.I. pipes at road/duct crossings and risers, proper spacing and dressing, end terminations with heat-shrinkable indoor/outdoor kits, crimped lugs, ferrules, and earthing of armor, complete with testing of insulation resistance, sheath continuity, and high-voltage withstand test as per REC/CEA norms 16 Laying, installation, and termination of 11 kV grade, single-core, XLPE insulated, armoured aluminium conductor power cables of size 3 × 185 sq.mm, conforming to IS:7098 (Part-II), in trefoil formation with saddles/clamps, including passage through protective G.I. risers/pipe at crossings, proper dressing and spacing, end terminations with heat-shrink indoor/outdoor kits, crimped lugs and ferrules, armour earthing, and testing (IR, sheath continuity, HV withstand) as per REC/CEA norms. 17 Safe loading, transportation, unloading, and placement of 33 kV CTs, Transformer Control Panel, 33 kV VCB, LA, Isolators, and other associated switchyard equipment from store to substation yard, using appropriate handling equipment, ensuring no transit damage. 18 Erection of complete bus bar gantry (already fabricated), including alignment, bolting with foundation bolts, grouting with cement concrete (1:2:4), and application of protective paint. 19 Fabrication, assembly, and erection of galvanized steel structure for 33 kV Isolator, including fixing of foundation bolts, grouting, alignment, and finishing with two coats of aluminum paint over primer. 20 Fabrication and erection of galvanized structure for 33 kV Lightning Arresters, including foundation, leveling, and finishing with protective paint as per REC standards. 21 Erection of 33 kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) with Single Control Panel, including placement, leveling, foundation grouting, mechanical/electrical connections, and functional checks. 22 Installation of 33 kV Transformer Control Panel, including cable termination, CT/PT wiring, relay connections, and commissioning checks. 23 Erection of galvanized steel structure for 33 kV Post Insulators, including grouting and painting. 24 Repair of existing transformer plinth (size 4.46 × 3.35 × 1.52 m) including surface dressing, leveling, re-concreting and finishing. 25 Dismantling of switchyard fencing for safe shifting of transformer, stacking reusable materials, and reconstruction post-installation. 26 Safe dismantling, shifting, dragging, and placement of existing 5 MVA Power Transformer from old plinth to designated temporary location, employing suitable rollers, jacks, winches, and other approved mechanical handling equipment, including necessary precautions to avoid damage to transformer body, bushings, and accessories, complete in all respects as per standard safety procedures 27 Safe handling, shifting, dragging of 10 MVA Power Transformer from temporary storage location to the Switchyard, using suitable rollers, jacks, winches, and other approved mechanical means, including careful positioning, leveling, alignment, and ensuring no damage to accessories or bushings during the operation, complete as per standard safety practices. 28 Erection, positioning, and placement of 10 MVA Power Transformer on the designated plinth, including proper alignment, leveling, grouting of foundation pads, and secure connection with associated HT/LT equipment, bus bars, and earthing system, complete with all accessories as per standard installation and safety practices. 29 Providing and execution of Delta earthing for 10 MVA Power Transformer, comprising excavation of earth pits, installation of three (03) earth electrodes with charcoal and salt treatment, interconnection using 50 mm × 6 mm hot-dip galvanized iron (G.I.) strips laid at a depth of 600 mm in triangular formation, welding of joints with overlap, connection to transformer neutral and body through risers, and testing of earth resistance to ensure value ≤ 1.0 ohm as per IS:3043 and REC Construction Standards 30 Laying and installation of earthing mat across the 33 kV switchyard using hot-dip galvanized iron (G.I.) strips of size 50 mm × 6 mm, buried at specified depth, including crossing joints welded with adequate overlap, clamped where necessary, and interconnected to earth electrodes, complete in accordance with IS:3043. 31 Earthing of each erected steel structure in the yard with 35 mm × 6 mm G.I. strip, welding, and proper connections to earth pits. 32 Earthing of 11 kV indoor equipment, switchgear panels, and control panels with G.I. strips and earth electrodes as per IS:3043. 33 Earthing of 33 kV Current Transformer (CT) structures complete, using G.I. strips and connections to the main earth grid. 34 Special earthing of Lightning Arrestor structures using dedicated earth pits with 50 mm × 6 mm G.I. strips, ensuring resistance ≤1 ohm. 35 Laying and stringing of ACSR Dog conductor for 33 kV bus bar and jumpers, including cutting, sagging, binding with armor rods, and clamping with PG clamps as per RESSPO specifications. 36 Surface cleaning, wire-brushing, and painting of all switchyard steel structures and equipment with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer. 37 Erection of fire stand complete with sand buckets, water drum, hose pipe and accessories as per IS:2190 standards.(one fire stand contains 4 sand buckets and one water drum)
