Supporting documents like ISO certificates/ MSME certificates/ Articles of Association/Factory registration certificate/ Govt. Purchase Enlistment certificate etc. shall be submitted by the vendor with the offer. 2 (2) Bidder shall have successfully supplied Wafer Swing Check Valves. Document proofs to be submitted as below along with offer. (a) Copy of such Unpriced Purchase order along with Tax / Delivery Invoices etc. The valves are used in Air & Process water line in Wet Limestone based Flue Gas Desulphurization plant.
