Kaushambi, along with associated 33 kV line and 11 kV distribution feeders. The scope of work includes supply, safe carriage of material (wherever required) from store centre to site, erection, testing, and commissioning of all electrical equipment, line materials, structures, and accessories, as per UPPCL/REC specifications. The work shall comprehensively cover civil, electrical, and ancillary installations necessary to ensure reliable and safe operation of the substation and connected lines. The work will be carried out under the direct supervision of EE ESWD Prayagraj. 2 (Part-A)Supply of Materials as per RESSPO Technical Specification & Drawing. (All Material Provided by Contractor except M.S. Earth Rod) 55 Painting of ST Pole and Channel & Clamps (double coat red oxide and double coat Alluminum paints. Painting materials provided by contractor.) 56 Laying of 11 KV 3x120 sq mm XLPE cable by manual method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road with the help of sand, brick & patiya including Carriage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 11 KV XPLE Cable provided by Contractor) 57 Hoisting of 11 KV 3x120 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 4” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with Channel, clamps, nut & bolts. (All materials will be provided by contractorexcept 11 KV,3X185 sq mm cable) 58 Erection of complete busbar gantry in switch yard as per RESSPO drawing. Work also includes construction of gantry plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastering of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. All concreting material like Bus Gantry, Channel, Clamp, cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc. shall be provided by the contractor. 59 Erection, Grouting and earthing of complete structure for Line/Bus Isolator and Installation of 33 KV Line/Bus Isolator with all fitting in switch yard as per RESSPO drawing. Work also includes construction of plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastering of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. (All Require material as like structure, isolator clamps nut and bolts etc and concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labour Line/Bus Structure with fitting will be provided by the contractor.) 60 Erection of complete structure and installation of 33 KV lightening arrestor with earth counter meter, in switchyard as per RESSPO drawing. Work includes erection of 3 No.33 KV lightening arrestor, its fitting and mounting with care. Grouting of structure with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6, construction of plinth size 0.90x0.45x 0.45 cum. Plastering the plinth with cement mortar with cement and sand in ratio 1:4. (All required materials, like structure, isolator clamps, LA, Arrester structure with fitting, nut and bolts etc. and concreting material like cement, ballast, sand, labour will be provided by the contractor.) 61 Construction of complete T/F plinth size 3mx3m x 0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing. Top of plinth is to be C.C. work in the ratio of 1:3:6 fitted with 3 Mtr. long, 90 lbs, 2 No. rail pieces. Cement mortar is to be used in 1:3 ratio. Cement, concrete material, bricks used in plinth shall be supplied by the contractor. 6” stone grit is to be laid before foundation start for whole plinth. All material shall be provided by the contractor. 62 Installation of complete 33 KV VCB 800A ,750MVA with structure in switchyard and grouting of VCB structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of VCB on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable for operating the VCB. All Require item likeStructure, cement, concrete material, T&P and all require clamp nut bolts and clamps shall be provided by the contractor except 33 KV VCB 800A, 750 MVA 63 Mounting of complete 33 KV C.T 200/100/1-1-1A(02 NO) with structure in switchyard and grouting of C.T. structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of C.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable. All required items like, Structure, CT Clamps, cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor except 33 KV C.T. 64 Installation of complete 33 KV P.T (03 NO) with structure in switchyard and grouting of P.T. structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of P.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable. All Require item like Structure, Pt Clamps, cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractorexcept 33 KV P.T 65 Installation of 33 KV single/double transformer control panel & 33 KV line control panel in the switchgear room and grouting the panel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. Work includes fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with panel. (Grouting material and all require material as control cable 2x2 sq mm and 2x4 sq mm will be provided by the Contractor, except 33 KV single/double transformer control panel.) 66 Erection of 33 KV post Insulators with complete structure in Switch yard as per RESSPO drawing. Work includes Installation of 2X3 No. 33 KV Post Insulator on each structure complete as per schedule, grouting of Structure with 1st class brick ballast in the ratio of 1:3:6, plastering in the ratio of 1:3 on plinth size 0.90x0.45x0.45 Cum. The work is to be done strictly as per RESSPO drawing. (All the material like Structure, post Insulator clamp, Cement, concrete material used for above work will be provided by the Contractor.) 67 Installation of 33/11 KV 5 MVA T/F on the transformer plinth. This work includes dragging loading, shifting, lifting and complete assembling after placing on the plinth. All special and ordinary T&P is to be arranged by the contractor. Special care is to be taken to avoid tilting of T/F and loss of transformer oil. Any damage in T/F will be chargeable to contractor. 68 Laying of earth mat throughout 33 KV Switchyard area as per RESSPO design and drawing provided by the department. The work includes digging of trenches 0.75 Mtr deep as per drawing. Boring of G.I. pipe (size 2.5 mtr long 40 mm dia & 2.9 mm. thickness) up to 0.5 Mtr below ground level. Connecting all G.I. pipes with the help of G.I. Strips of size 35x6 mm (Approx. 600 Kg) with proper welding with high quality electrodes. All the material shall be provided by the contractor. 69 Earthing of all Structures erected in the yard with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip in duplicate fully welded at both ends to be connected to the earth mat, necessary G.I. strip. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor). 70 Earthing of 11 KV indoor equipments, switchgears as per RESSPO Drawing. with G.I. Strip of Size 50x6 mm, provided by the Contractor. 71 Earthing of 33 KV C.T. Structure complete as per schedule with 50x6 mm. G.I. Strip. (All earthing material shall be provided by the Contractor). 72 Special earthing of lightening arrestor structure with 8 No. additional 40 mm dia 2.5 Mtr. Long G.I. pipe electrodes/rod by digging 3 Mtr. deep pits and connecting it with L.A. through G.I. Strip 35x6 mm welded at both ends. (All the material Like G.I. pipe, G.I. strip shall be provided by the Contractor). As per RESSPO 73 Special earthing of T/F neutral by boring 2 dia 60 feet long G.I. pipe in the wet earth and connecting it with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip to T/F neutral giving half round turn at the T/F. Two separate earthing to be provided to T/F body by connecting it with earth mat by special earthing arrangement for earthing work. Material like strip of size 50x6/35x6 mm and G.I. pipe 2” dia 2.9 mm thick. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor).As per RESSPO 74 Laying and stringing of ACSR Dog conductor for busbar between busbar gantry as well as terminal gantry. Three phase jumpering from bus to bar L.A, VCB, C.T., P.T., Post insulator, and 33/11 KV T/F, Terminal Gantry, Isolator etc. properly with jumpering with P.G. Clamp, T. Clamp and Post Insulator clamp. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor including ACSR Panther conductor.) 75 Erection Cable Stand in Switch yard for 1 No 33 KV Incoming Source and 2 No for 11 KV Power Transformer secondary side outgoing side. Including grouting and Clamping of cable (Cable stand as per sample, Grouting Material and clamp and nut bolts provided by contractor) 76 Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switchyard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminum paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. (Paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself.) 77 Installation of fire stand as per sample for fire bucket with M.S. Angle Iron 50x50x6 mm with shed of M.S. sheet to cover the bucket and stand properly. (All material required for this work like M.S. Angle, 5 No. Fire bucket with stand, will be provided by the contractor). 78 Installation of 24 VOLT Battery and Battery Charger with Cabinet in the switchgear room, by grouting base channel clamp 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000 mm. Fixing of rag bolt. (Battery, Charger, Channel and Clamp will be provided by the contractor) 79 Laying of 11 KV 3 x 185 Sq mm. XLPE power cable by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT and covering the cable from sides and top by laying bricks, finally covering the same by earth and leveling of the same. (All the materials, except cable, will be provided by the contractor). 80 Laying of 33 KV 3 x 300 Sq mm. XLPE power cable by HDD Method at suitable depths such that maintenance is possible. (All the materials, except cable, will be provided by the contractor). 81 Laying of 33 KV 3 x 300 Sq mm. XLPE power cable with HDPE Pipe by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT such that it is safely housed under HDPE Pipe, finally covering the same by earth and leveling of the same. (All the materials, except cable, will be provided by the contractor). 82 Laying of 33 KV 3 x 300 Sq mm. XLPE power cable by HDD Method with the cable safely housed inside HDPE Pipe at suitable depths such that maintenance is possible. (All the materials, except cable, will be provided by the contractor). 83 Mounting of 63 kva T/Fon DP along with HT/LT connection with support DD wire, lugs, z clamp for 63 kva T/f nut & bolt etc. (All material provided by contractor except T/F) 84 Fixing of following 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable. (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor). 85 Outdoor jointing kit (Make Weasel/Raychem/3M) 3x 185 sq mm 11KV 86 Outdoor jointing kit (Make Weasel/Raychem/3M) 3x 120 sq mm 11KV 87 Outdoor jointing kit (Make Weasel/Raychem/3M) 3x 300 sq mm 33KV 88 Straight through jointing kit (Make Weasel/Raychem/3M) 3x 300 sq mm 33KV 89 Installation of 11 KV VCB in the switchgear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. (All control cable shall be supplied by the contractor). 95 2x2.5 mm2 96 4x2.5 mm2 97 Installation of Sign board at site after complition of work. Sign board size 3x4 feet with stand. (Writing material and sign board design will be provided by department and Sign Board, Stand and Grouting materials provided by contractor, Sing board will be provided by contractor as per sample provided by department.) 98 Photo and Videography before and after the work will be provided by the contractor in soft & hard colour copy (size 8x10 album) and soft copy video in minimum 1080 P quality in Pen drive in 3 set. 99 Stringing, sagging, and binding of ACSR Dog conductor on already erected poles, including complete work of fixing and tightening of all associated line fittings such as galvanized steel cross-arms, F-clamps, 33 kV disc/pin insulators with hardware, suspension clamps, tension (dead-end) clamps, jumpers, and all required nuts, bolts, and washers. The work shall include handling and laying of conductor from drums, hoisting, stringing with proper sagging, jointing with compression-type mid-span joints, and termination as per REC/UPPCL construction standards. Carriage of conductor, fittings, and associated line material from the designated Store Centre to the work site shall be in the scope of the contractor. All labour, tools & plants (T&P), and consumables required for safe and reliable execution of the work are deemed to be included in the scope 100 Stringing, sagging, and binding of ACSR Weasel conductor on already erected poles, including complete work of fixing and tightening of all associated line fittings such as galvanized steel cross-arms, F-clamps, 11 kV disc/pin insulators with hardware, suspension clamps, tension (dead-end) clamps,jumpers, and all required nuts, bolts, and washers.
