Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

2 cm (3/4\") thick damp proof coarse with cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 with and including water proofing material as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturers. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and including proper curing and shuttering as necessary

12 mm Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm.
