Tender For Coating Work From Bijnor Nagina Road To Culvert In Village Rahmapur Of Block Kotwali - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. 2 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired 4 Providing & laying 7.5 cm compacted layer ofWBM Grade-II with 45 - 63 mm size stone ballast & Type-B screening material. 5 Providing & laying 7.5 cm compacted layer ofWBM Grade-III with 22.4 - 53 mm size stone ballast & Type-B screening material. 6 P/L Priming coat over WBM surface @ 0.75Kg./m2 of bitumen emulsion. 7 P/L Tack coat over Primed WBM surface @ 0.35Kg./m2 of bitumen emulsion. 8 Providing & layingPC 20 mm thick including tack coat (execution by mixol). 9 Providing & layingSeal Coat type-C (Liquid seal coat) over PC surface. 10 Earth work in ordinary soilon shoulders complete. 11 Brick soling with brick laid on edge including preparation of sub grade to prescribed camber and including supply of brick filling joint with local earth pwd sor ch-20 si 762 b 12 Providing & Fixing granite Signboards etc.
