Dismantling of ventilation fan from existing duct installed in chemical house at a height of 15-20 mtrs (approx). from floor level after disconnection of power supply, lowering down and transportation to R.M. Shop at Turamdih Mill.

Supply of DE & NDE bearing sets for Exhaust fan motors. 1 set consisting of BearingNo.: 6309-2Z and 6308-2Z or equivalent No. Make: SKF / FAG / NTN only. Note: Bearing shall be approved by UCIL. Note: In case the bearing Nos. differs from above, the same have to be supplied by the Contractor in place of Bearing mentioned above.

Maintenance of exhaust fan including replacement of DE and NDE bearings with the new bearings supplied at Item No.2 & 3 above, replacement of Cooling fan (if found damaged) and Fancover (if found damaged), Greasing etc. Note: Dismantling and Assembling of the Motors are in the scope of bidder including removal of fan blade and refitting the same. Grease, Cooling Fan, Fan Cover etc. shall be supplied by UCIL. All works shall be in the scope of the bidder

Installation and connection including refiitting with duct etc of above exhaust fans after maintenance at our R.M Shop by the contractor at same place at chemical house.
